This restaurant is located in the Puerto Madero barrio of Buenos Aires, easy to find. We had a very good meal with lots of typical Italian menu choices. The food was very well prepared, service was attentive, and there were some good wine choices on the wine list that didn't break the bank. Highly recommend.

The day was perfect for terrace dining. This was the outside factor that helped in making it a perfect experience. The rest was the restaurant's doing. The appetizers- salmon carpaccio and breaded olives-were straightforwardly delicious; the fish, pasta, vegetables, were very tasty and the shared dishes were abundant to say the least. The desert- apple tart and dulce de leche... More

I had lunch here but it is not cheap. I thought that is was really expensive. But the quality was good waiters do cater you Well. Located on the harbour. I had a starter and main and that was almost to much. I do like the lasagne. I was surprised that a lot of thinks where free of charge, like... More

This is one of the best "theme" restaurants in Puerto Madero, with good decoration "by the pound" and attentive service. Food delicious and of high quality. Great alternative for large groups or if you are bored and craving some nice seafood or meat, but nothing fancy or sophisticated otherwise.

I had polenta and pasta and wanted a nap. Polenta was heavy. Portions are big. Foid very good. I loved location snd nodt customers were locals on business or at a wedding rehearsal. Good to try but order just one plate.

Perfect place for a great dinner for two! Our waiter was very attentive, but not intruding. We had Risotto and pasta with mushrooms. DELICIOUS!!!! We selected a bottle Saurus Malbec and were very happy with it. It was Saturday night and the place was packed, mostly with locals. Nevertheless, service was quick and very, very important: our food arrived steaming.... More

This is a trully outstanding restaurant. The service is GREAT! The food I just can't describe! One dish is enough for two. We had the couvert, ordered the Spagetti Nero with pawns ( WOW) had a great Cabernet Sauvignon and that costed us something about 600 pesos. That is something around 40 dollars. So the price is very reasonable. You... More

There are lot of very good Italian restaurants in BsAs. I went in here with a tall expectation and was underwhelmed / disappointed. Nothing too wrong about the place but it just did not feel anything special or authentic especially given the very high prices. Appetizer Polenta with Shrimp was gritty though the Shrimps were cooked just right. Pasta with... More

My busband, I and a couple of friends have been there for dinner. The waiters were helpful but even before we could start our drinks, the dinner was served. My husband´s steak was incredibly thin ( different from what it was described on the menu ) and my pasta was nothing more than regular. When the guys asked for the... More

The food and service here is always excellent. You will not be disappointed. Yes, the prices are a little high, as most places in Puerto Madero, but you can put a nice dinner together with an appetizer, a couple plates of pasta, and a couple glasses of wine for a reasonable price. I love the cream sauce with fried mushrooms... More

Staying in Puerto Madero

Neighbourhood Profile
Puerto Madero
From its refurbished red brick buildings and port cranes to its modern skyscrapers and luxurious apartment buildings, Puerto Madero is the perfect combination of old and new. The river provides a quiet, relaxing atmosphere that contrasts with the hustle and bustle of heavy traffic just blocks away. Across the river, flanked by skyscrapers, are beautiful parks and quiet streets that make this neighbourhood a unique destination in a city as busy as Buenos Aires. The restaurants, bars, and nightclubs on the docks make it a prime spot for nights out and have come to symbolise this area. Puerto Madero is even more striking after dark, when the lights from the docks and skyscrapers glow against the night sky.
