Excellent arbic food. Rightfully priced. Place is always jammed packed with a reason. The take out was abundant, correctly seasoned, quick to deliver and it was so good i bought there twice in consecutive days. If you order cold dishes it's even faster

This eating place is a money maker for the owners at the cost of unsuspecting customers. First, getting through to the restaurant on the phone is almost impossible. Second, long wait times. Third, the food is of poor quality and standard. Yellow Persian rice - undercooked and no real flavor. Lamb Kafte - chewy and over cooked. Eggplant - oily... More

This place is a must. Good food, good value for money and there is not too much place is this world where people are ready to wait 1:30 hours to seat in a restaurant with no music, no decoration. Service is fast and efficient and they have an English menu. You definitely need to meet this charismatic maitre D.

Me and my husband use to love this place. But we try this year again and the service was awful. And food was not what we remember it use to be. I hope they will realize that they don't need to put the quality down to take more customers. The man in the door not polite at all, the waiter... More

I just went back here again for dinner and also lunch in the span of 2 days. This place is ALWAYS packed! (lunch time is a bit easier to get a table) and the food is consistently delicious. I always order the hummus and tabouleh. The tabouleh is the best I ever had. And also their brochette of meat and... More

Sarkis is a popular Armenian restaurant in Palermo, It’s cheap, the servings are exceptional and, most importantly, the food is mouth watering . Thanks to a large Armenian community in Buenos Aires, number of restaurants in Palermo Soho area serving Armenians delectable Greek/Middle-Eastern style food, at night the long lines outside of Sarkis which and less crowded during the lunch... The food here is delicious and very well-priced, just be ready to wait an hour or more for your table! We put our name in and went around the corner to have a beer while we waited so it worked out perfectly. The staff were really nice and were helpful in the decision of how much / what to order... The reviews are so good so we re looking forward to a break from other restaurant choices in Palermo. WE are vegetarian and maybe the meat eaters have better luck. We asked for 2 glasses of water so our waiter plopped down a bottle and left. He brought the wrong beer but we drank it anyway. The falafal was dry... More

Unfriendly service. Not in and of itself a killer but for the price you can do much better in Buenos Aires. We are fluent Spanish speakers, had no problem ordering, but received the wrong drinks. As far as food goes, the bread is quite poor, hard and flavorless. Our salad was poor. The falafel was decent but nothing exceptional. I... More

One of the best restaurants in Buenos Aires is not a steak house but an Armenia's food. Year after year, Sarkis keeps the food experience unforgettable. A must and a gem (with good prices). Go and be happy!
