So many restaurants to choose from in Puerto Madero... we opted for Brasas Argentinas because it was a bit more economical and didn't seem as stuffy as some adjacent restaurants. Wonderful grilled meats and fishes. A nice selection of salads and other vegetable and prepared dishes. Sushi and pasta were good, but not standout. Desserts were standout. Nice selection of... It was my first time in Argentina, and I can say that food, craft and activities is really cheap. Most of all they have a deep connection with Italy and I can tell because they have what is typical of Argentina: barbecues (meat), but also, pasta al dente (but really al dente, so be careful, maybe is too stiff), and... We were yesterday november 6th at 8 pm. Bad cold dishes and salads. Cookers are unpolite and rudes like wild bears. Only lomb, salmon and pork steak are good but you have to wait for that bad cookers to grill for you with a bad behaviour and they complain if you eat more. Payment only in Cash and they do... More

This restaurant is very well located so many tourists walking around Porto Madero in Buenos Aires end up getting in this trap. It offers an "all you can eat" propose, however, when you are there, it is impossible to access any good food 'cause the restaurant is too small for the number of people inside, food is not brought to... One should know how to offer a buffet with reasonable quality of food. It is not the case here. The buffet is lousy, the grill has terrible quality meat that is beyond quality and has been standing there for a longer period. Sincerely better to go to another restaurant or in last case to a fast food place. Also they... More

We were there a couple of days ago with a group, we chose the place for the publicity about their buffet including sushi, well, it was a waste of time! First of all the quality of meal was poor, sushi, was not sushi, they offer two types of rolls made with tuna, but not fresh tuna, it was tuna can.... More

The variety of the buffet is poor. Salad bar wasn't very good as the food wasn't well presented and didn't taste well. When serving sushi the waiter said only 5 pieces per person and then could repeat. This, never happened to me before. The pasta and barbecue stations didn't look clean and the food was mediocre; the staff was disorganised.... More

Bit of a hurry so grabbed this place, looked ok at first glance, buffet style smorgasbord. But was disappointing, the few salads were looking a bit sad, the pasta was salty, and the meat was tough. Service was slack and the place didnt look that clean. Would not go back. Needs a big upgrade and shake up, Much better choices... More

Unbelievable how this place can get away with such a bad value proposal; the meat was very, very bad. Will never come back!!

Staying in Puerto Madero

Neighbourhood Profile
Puerto Madero
From its refurbished red brick buildings and port cranes to its modern skyscrapers and luxurious apartment buildings, Puerto Madero is the perfect combination of old and new. The river provides a quiet, relaxing atmosphere that contrasts with the hustle and bustle of heavy traffic just blocks away. Across the river, flanked by skyscrapers, are beautiful parks and quiet streets that make this neighbourhood a unique destination in a city as busy as Buenos Aires. The restaurants, bars, and nightclubs on the docks make it a prime spot for nights out and have come to symbolise this area. Puerto Madero is even more striking after dark, when the lights from the docks and skyscrapers glow against the night sky.
