The place is very charming and romantic. Close to home here so I figured it's a natural and that Thai food is my favorite. The problem is that I have been spoiled by excellent Thai food the world over and this place doesn't come close. The staff defiantly is not Thai since none of the taste come close. It's like... I love Thai food, and for being South under, it was a very good choice. Ambient is small, not too much privacy or romantic for couples, really nice for groups.

After waiting for approx. 1h30min for the food to arrive at the table, it is complicated to review it with 5 stars. Some of the more classical Thay options from the menu were not available on a Saturday night. Cozy place, nice neighborhood.

Went on a night when the restaurant was nearly booked and had to sit at two bar stools by the door. Felt a little like those with reservations were getting better service. Nevertheless the food was amazing, especially the yellow curry.

I've been to Thailand, and eaten at many Thai restaurants around the world, so I tend to have high expectations for Thai food, but... The soup we had was decent tasting, but they cut the lemongrass up so small that it was an obstacle to try not to eat it when you working on enjoying the soup. The Massuman Curry... More

I have been in BA for many years, and one of the things I miss most about the NY area is Thai food. It pains me to even enter restaurants here themed with Thai "cuisine" because I know there are no Thai people in the kitchen and the flavors and ingredients are usually poor. I put faith in Phuket on... More

The food was delicious (I had the sauteed veggies with mushooms and mushroom sauce, my boyfriend a vegetarian pad thai) but I just can't find ok the staff explaining that we cannot have a glass of tap water along with our dishes AND a bottle of white whine. Because the boss forbids it. Neither the unfriendly manager who "welcomed" me.

It's very rare to find a good south east Asia cuisine restaurant in Buenos Aires. And even harder to find a good one. Phuket was very good in terms of food, ambient and service. And not very expensive (not cheap either). I really recommend it!

The food was truly amazing, just wish the service was more pleasant. Prices are international - you would pay similar price for Thai food in other countries

I worked at an AMAZING, local Thai restuarant in Minneapolis for 4 years, so needless to say I was craving Thai in Buenos Aires. I ordered Pad Thai and Khao Pad, both very 'safe' dishes, but both were done very well. Flavorful, and delicious. I am anxious to try what other dishes they have to offer! We ordered take-out and... Staying in Palermo

Neighbourhood Profile
Best known as the largest neighbourhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favourite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
