This place is awful. It looks fancy, but it really isn't. The food wasn't warm, and the food was nothing special. Our waiter had clearly been drinking and spilled red wine on one person at our table. He came over to our table at times to make inappropriate jokes, and at times he just flat out forgot us and someone... More

We went on a Sunday for lunch. Just to try it and see if we had "discovered" a good Italian place. Well, we struck out. On the first pitch. We did not return nor will we. The place is not cheap. It is as expensive as other places nearby. With average food. What we ate did not make us happy.... More

This is actually two reviews on two different night’s fare. Our first visit was so wonderful we had to bring friends back with us the next evening. First night we had the calamari, black ravioli special and risotto with grilled shrimp. Besides being absolutely outstanding the portions were huge. Our waiter, who was from Guatmala, was wonderfully attentive and helpful... More

Large restaurant, can't tell from front entrance area as inside a little recessed. Very friendly welcome and good seating choices, efficient service and lots of menu options. Nice location (waterfront outside seating available) and decor, busy but quiet ambience. Complimentary spumanti, good selection in bread basket of what seemed to be home made varieties, pasta main courses nicely made and... More

Located in Puerto Madero, one of the best places in Buenos Aires. Very good food and service. Fair price. The risotto is a must try.

Nearby Puerto Madero, this restaurant offers good quality food on reasonable prices, certainly cheaper than other restaurants in the area - plus a very good variety of antipasti - worth to visit, since it is not so much overcrowded

Located in Puerto Madero, nearby the Cinemark complex, this is one of the best in the area for a pasta meal. The decoration is sober, with a certain British club ambiance. If weather allows, there is an outside dinning area on the waterfront. If it is full, there is a very cozy waiting area, with comfortable armchairs and tables, where... More

Service was very good. the food was regular and very small helping. Expensive for the food served. Careful with pickpockets, two people in our group had their wallets stolen while dinning.

Staying in Puerto Madero

Neighbourhood Profile
Puerto Madero
From its refurbished red brick buildings and port cranes to its modern skyscrapers and luxurious apartment buildings, Puerto Madero is the perfect combination of old and new. The river provides a quiet, relaxing atmosphere that contrasts with the hustle and bustle of heavy traffic just blocks away. Across the river, flanked by skyscrapers, are beautiful parks and quiet streets that make this neighbourhood a unique destination in a city as busy as Buenos Aires. The restaurants, bars, and nightclubs on the docks make it a prime spot for nights out and have come to symbolise this area. Puerto Madero is even more striking after dark, when the lights from the docks and skyscrapers glow against the night sky.
