This place is great! Very charming with a cool design, using the blackboards as the menus. And the food is outstanding!! I would highly recommend this place is you like good food and are in the area, a total gem!

The atmosphere here was really nice. The menu is on boards on the wall so you just look up and choose everything from your wine to food. They had a nice selection of wines by the bottle. Some interesting appetizers as well as entrees. We...More

We had supper twice at this restaurant. The first time food was delicious and service good. Second time, food was still great but half way through dinner, the service became virtually non-existent for us and all the other tables with one exception. Unfortunately, this put...More

This is a French style bistro in Palermo with wooden tables and menus written on blackboards. We had an excellent dinner here, both of us eating lamb shank which was absolutely delicious. The waiters/waitresses all spoke very good English. Would highly recommend

Although we were only in Buenos Aires for a short time we went back to this restaurant twice. It is very small but serves excellent food - we would definitely make an effort to visit again

Our best meal in Buenos Aires. Local food, but much more creative then typical BA place. Service is friendly, vibe is hip but easy going. Excellent enough for a memorable, special meal, but not stuffy.

Informal, friendly and a bit pricey. But the food is good and a change from the standard local fare. They seems to pride themselves on being different. The menu included dishes such as pork cheeks, braised wild boar and duck. The wine list consisted of...More

We were staying on the same block and it was an easy choice to come to Las Pizarras. Wow, what a great meal. We enjoyed the vibe of the restaurant and the set up of the menus on the chalkboards. While it was busy, our...More

I went here a few weeks ago with some girlfriends and we were sat down right away and our waiter explained the entire menu to us (which is all along the walls on blackboards-hence the name "pizarras"). We each had something different. Seabass, pork, shrimp...More
