It has always been a restaurant with a good relation between cost and quality. The dishes are quite abundant so they can be shared.

- Typical German Restaurant in Buenos Aires. - Good German food and local beer. - The restaurant is big and has many tables, but feels like crowdy when it is full. - Good waiters serving.

This is a traditional old-style restaurant, well known in the neighbourhood for the big portions they serve. We arrived for lunch at 15.30 and fortunately was still open. The waiter was very polite, and helped us to decide. Although being late, food was very hot (we hate when restaurants are hurried to get rid of last clients and food comes... More

We enjoyed a very nice dinner here, the paella was incredible and YES the portions are huge!, a must share type of place. Staff is on top on your table at all times, friendly, and professional. I definitely recommend this place and try anything!!

I believe it's well near its 100th birthday, a traditional restaurant in Villa Devoto district of Buenos Aires, open for lunch and dinner. Specialty German food, though the menu offers many other choices. Portions are huge, so it's great for sharing. On weekends its better to book a table in advance, specially Sunday noon, because demand is great exceeding its... More

When "abundant" dishes are charged 'abundantly', all guest are led to share the same dish. Which is not a great deal, in the end. Nothing amazing or remarkable. Just one more restaurant in BA offering a wide choice of typical German dishes.

This is a traditional neighborhood restaurant. Excellent spanish, italian and german dishes. They have huge porsions, the wisest thing is to ask for some and share, because everything is deliciuos. It is also relativaly cheap and more if you order wisely. The location is not in the center of Buenos Aires or near any tourist attraction, but if you happen... More
