Rond Point, like one of those places that have been around for a long time, has a loyal clientele that shows up every day. Business oriented customers that have here an informal office, a place where one can talk business in a casual environment. I find it extremely nice, a matter of fact have lots of meetings here as service... More

We happened upon this friendly restaurant whilst on a walk through the gorgeous parks of Buenos Aires on a very hot day. It was buzzing at lunchtime with a mixed clientele of local businessmen, residents from the surrounding upmarket apartment blocks and tourists such as ourselves. Staff were friendly and professional; wine list excellent; good choice on the menu including... More

Stopped for a quick coffee, asked for wifi password, waitress rhymed it off in Spanish before turning on her heel. Got it written down, tried it upteen times to No avail. Eventually got a member of staff to put it in who failed to inform us where we were going wrong so my partner could input it on his phone.... More

Always good to have some coffee stop in here, a pity that they have lost their classic, perfect service quality. Thought it´s very nice to sit outside and have some coffee with medialunas.

We sat inside, needing a cool oasis on an extremely hot Saturday in April. A day made memorable by the worst experience on the famous/infamous big yellow bus when we hopped off for lunch at Rond Point. Nothing too special here, a beer, a bottle of water, a great bread basket, tortilla and a tasty enough Salade Nicoise (except for... More

Upscale and expensive. Staff with attitude. Food was average and they tried to squeeze a few extra dollars by upselling when communication wasn't clear. If u have money to burn it is fine but u can do much better in BA

Excellent food (very good solomillo), great wines, good service and located in a very pleasant (residential) part of Buenos Aires. Very expensive though.

Staying in Palermo

Neighbourhood Profile
Best known as the largest neighbourhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favourite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
