We ate here on our last night purely because this style of restaurant does not exist back home. Again, we overlooked that you need to order one piece of meat for two to share as quantity seems always to prevail in Argentina. We had a good meal and wine having discussed with the waiter prior to ordering. Enjoyable evening overall... More

Meat was good, but felt like I was dining at a cafeteria and not a steakhouse. Better values to be had elsewhere

Regretfully we were told by our hotel to eat at La Estancia close to the Obelisko. We wanted to try a good Argentinian steak. My friend and I ordered a petit filet (250 oz). What the waiter brought for us instead was a 500 oz very tough sirloin. The waiter said they made a mistake and grilled a double portion... More

If you want authentic Argentinian food, you have to try La Estancia. This is the place where locals eat. They serve all kinds of grilled meat and the price is very reasonable. Be sure to order the meat rare or medium rare; otherwise, they tend to be overcooked. The restaurant is located on Lavalle, a few blocks from main boulevard... More

Nice restaurant with local cuisine, meat. There is a lot of grilled meat on the menus, meat, chicken, lamb and pork. My fiend and I orders a small mixed grill with a lot of different meat, keep warm by coals. Way more food than we could eat! Not very expensive at all. Great time. Highly recommended. Our hotel, park silver... More

My wife had the Asado beef and I had the kid goat. It was all good. They serve Pepsi rather than Coke and Pepsi was my preference. We went there at 7:00 o'clock which is early by Argentine standards. There was one other Mom and child there so we had the place to ourselves.

Good goat and lamb meat. Right in the city center. Always full of people. The staff is also nice. However, the prices of these meals are not so cheap. Actually the same as everywhere.

Incredibly delicious! Furnishings, decoration, attentive staff great! Interesting little barbecue on the table to ensure a longer hot delicious meat lamb. Being a tourist a few days in Buenos Aires, we have specially come to this restaurant twice. We recommend.

The beef here was good. I had the Asado (beef ribs roasted) and they were good and the portion was large. Mashed potatoes were decent as well. My wife had the sirloin (bife de chorizo) which was good. No cover charge here, which makes a nice change, but you still get the bread and empanadas free. Very good and friendly... More
