Didn't live up to our expectations. Quite crowded canteen like place with lots of noise and stink from the inside grill. Prices are moderate but well matching food quality. We had entrana and flank steak that were disappointing. There are muxh better options.

We had a free night and went with our tour guide's recommendation for a great steak dinner where "locals" eat - not disappointed. Not only was the steak cooked to perfection, but the salads and other dishes were all wonderful. We wanted to order steaks...More

Our last night in BA and our best steak in an informal and friendly setting. Chose the Malbec by pot luck and it was the best we had in. BA- la paz. The steak with pepper sauce was at least as good as Brigada. Service...More

A very simple local restaurant. Looking around on a busy Friday evening, we seemed to be the only tourists. Good sign. Ordered palm salad with two slabs of meat. When I say slabs, I mean as thick as paving stones. Medium rare (one erring too...More

San Telmo
Characterized by cobblestones and narrow streets, San
Telmo is defined by the tango, the dance that made
Buenos Aires world-famous. Tango is a fusion of many
different cultures: a true child of immigration, much

dark in the milongas (dance parties) attended by both
locals and visitors alike, who dance until the wee
