On my last day in Buenos Aires, I dragged some friends on a walk, looking around looking for a good steak, and I was not disappointed when I ended up at Lalo. Not only was the steak tender and perfectly cooked, but we were also impressed at how many options there were on the menu; my vegetarian friends found several... More

Halo was across the road from our Hotel (Europlaza) and it was a perfect place. Once off the sidewalk you could be forgiven for thinking you were dining in a lush rain forest with greenery everywhere. We were surprised by the ambiance and just loved it. We thoroughly enjoyed the food; and service was excellent.

Skip breakfast or lunch and when you get there skip the bread as well!!!! Then try the best Mollejas (sweetbreads) in BA... Order it off the Parrilla for a crisp texture but beware they do another mollejas in (salsa) sauce which although nice is not as tasty as the grilled ones! We also tried Riñones (kidneys) off the Parrilla which... More

The steaks at this place were excellent. I'm only sorry I didn't discover it sooner. I highly recommend it.

It is probably the best restaurant in Bunes Aires. Prices are absolutely ok for the food you get. We spent approx. 80 Euros for 4 people incl.... More

This was our favorite restaurant in Buenos Aires! The waiters are very friendly, the food is superb, the prices are reasonable and the area is a lot of fun, with a couple of theaters and some shops around it.

I have been to several restaurants around the world but this has topped that list by far. Honestly the best I have been to, so good that my wife and I went there to celebrate after we got married. The Bife de Chorizo is a must have for steak. The pasta is also very good and the wine is fantastic.... More

We had a lovely meal here. Got big portions and a lovely bottle of wine, for a great price in buenos Aires. We arrived at 8.30 and we were the onky peolle in the restaurant, we didnt realise that in buenos Aires dinner time is 9.30/10pm at the earliest. At the end of the meal we paid our bill, but... Good salads to go with typical grilled meats choices and pastas. Generous portions. Good wine selection, including half bottles. Generous shareable deserts. As with most restaurants in Buenos Aires no English spoken but our friendly waiter worked hard to make sure we were happy with our selections. 50s ambience. Good value. Would go again.
