After a recommendation from an Italian friend we visited for lunch. They do not serve dinner. The restaurant is small and feels homely. We shared a bottle of their own wine, Dalla Cia which is well priced at R150 for a sauv blanc. For starters we had the bresaola and rocket which was fine, no cooking involved. It would be... More

Food and drinks on a par with best of Europe. Delicious and well priced. Wish it was closer to town so I could go there on a regular basis.

Pane e Vino is owned by the proprietors of the Dalla Cia winery and distillery, and it was their wines that accompanied our meal. We had a wide selection of antipasta to start, all delicious. This was followed by a similarly wide selection of pastas, all home made. Having eaten well we abandoned thoughts of a main course and moved... More

We love this place and would highly recommend it. Beautiful homemade Italian food. All of the dishes are truly delicious. The wine is gorgeous. The staff are lovely! Visit and you will not be disappointed. A true gem!

My favorite Italian rest. Classical homecooked, fresh ingredients, prepared every day. Very good imported wine selection, as well as Grappa by the master himself, Giorgio Dalla Cia.

Located next to the Dalla Cia distillery, it's a small, casual restaurant which is open Mon to Sat daytime hours only. The wine list is pretty much limited to Dalla Cia wines which are good quality and fair value for money. Food pricing is not inexpensive but the quality is exceptional, well worth a 5 star rating and we left... More

Intimate restaurant of the well known winemaker De La Cia. The excellent wines and grappa can be tasted, whilst you wait for your home cooked Italian meal. They have daily specials and a menu to meet everybody's needs.

This is a quaint little shop offering more than just food. The wines are fantastic and the Grappa great. I love to eat Parma ham with focaccia bread with my coffee, following more coffee and more grappa.

We arrived for a meal and shortly afterwards Giorgio Dall Cia, the winemaker and owner arrived and befriended us and offered us some of his fantastic blended wine. We ordered or meal and had some more wine and enjoyed a grappa and espresso with Giorgio and carried on talking and drinking. The food and experience is genuinely Italian as well... More

A cosy, small unique and romantic little treasure in a little piece of Italy. Only open during the day. With Italian fare prepared by Elena. Treat yourself to a wine tasting to discover the bliss and extacy in every bottle of the Dalla Cia collection..... Not to mention their fabulous Grappa! Yes.... This relaxing Italian kitchen like haven is definitely... More
