We enjoyed the food, service a bit slow. However the staff were friendly. Nice choice of main meals with a fair choice of daily specials. Value for money in a beautiful setting.

My brother introduced me to this restaurant, one of a group of three nestled in some spectacular scenery, while I was in Cape Town, and within two weeks I'd returned three times. It's the sort of restaurant I enjoy. The view is pretty special, the...More
The terrace is better than then the food. I had a starter of stuffed mushrooms that was absolutely not fresh. The food my husband had was okay but not great. The terrace is better than the food.

Our South African friends chose Pastis for us all to meet for lunch & it was a good choice. Service and food were excellent, all four of us had different things and all enjoyed our meals very much. Would certainly recommend it if in the...More

So I ordered a steak and seafood. By South African standards at R170 extremely overpriced especially when I reflect on the 5 pieces of sirloin I was served with two prawns and 5 pieces of deceased calamari. This is a tourist trap with no sense...More
We had lunch here one day so the tree covered patio was perfect for shade. Good service, good menu choice and tasty food. I would love to return in the evening as I think the atmosphere would be further enhanced.
