Unpretentious restaurant with flavourful food. Tables outside are a great place to sit on a late sunny afternoon and watch the world go by. The restaurant is owner run with all cooking done by her. As a result, service is excellent and requests are accommodated because every dish is freshly prepared to order. Expect slight variations in flavours of dishes... More

We went out for a week night dinner and we thoroughly enjoyed the evening. The waiter recommended a lot of good dishes and knew the menu well. The atmosphere is cozy and well decorated inside. Outside is a nice terrace for summer evenings. The food was great, good flavors, very efficient service and very reasonable prices. Will be back again.

Nothing fancy, dirty table, very friendly waiter. We ordered Massaman curry with chicken (85 rand), a green vegetable curry (75) and rice (19). The food came after only a few minutes and the bowels were big. The curries, hm. More like soups, very very thin. The massaman had nothing on common with any massaman I've ever had. Sweet potatoes instead... More

Had a very tasty meal! Hot is a good choice if you love spicy but don't want to catch on fire. Free WiFi!

We are Thai fans- the food, the people. Went to Yindees last night and it was beyond average. Tonight we tried Salathai and it was excellent! Authentic Thai cuisine, so much flavours and great service by Jesse. This is my new best Thai restaurant in Cape Town. Go!

My husband and i went on a search for this restaurant. We actually passed by without noticing it at all! Eventually we phoned them and were redirected back to it. It is a small, simple restaurant. To be honest, I was unsure that it would deliver a good Thai meal. We ordered a duck green curry with rice and the... More

This is our all time favourite Thai restaurant! I lived in Thailand for a year to teach and this is the closest I've come to getting authentic Thai food in Cape Town! We go here at least once a week! Their spicy basil (gai grapouw) is my all time favourite, Laap moo is also a winner if feel like something... More

I ordered the Thai Red Chilli paste chicken dish which was absolutely delicious. My boyfriend had the Phad Thai which he couldn't stop raving about. I tried some of it too and had to agree that it's the best one I've ever had & I've been to Thailand a number of times. David our waiter was excellent too. Very attentive... More
