We popped in here for a snack - we shared a pizza, which was decidedly average and a salad, which was quite good. The beer range was good. The big downside for us was the people smoking in the pub - it's disgusting, in the U.K. it is banned to smoke inside and, to my mind, it should be everywhere.

We met up with some colleagues of a friend for an impromptu farewell. We used the spacious, newly refurbished venue upstairs. This was ideal for a bigger group and a good choice in bad weather. Our waiter was attentive and after waiting for our first drinks for a while, the waiting period decreased. Our host ordered seafood and chicken baskets... More

Do they cleverly train their staff or is it just no regard for the customer. Leading us to believe to expect a R88.00 bill and slap us with R150.00. My wife and I walked in to the restaurant and sat outside. So the waiter comes up and before we even received menus he said they have a brandy and coke... More

Great bar showing sport. Food was lovely and very cheap.pizzas nachos burgers and baskets all for less than a fiver. But the beers were pretty dear. Guinness (I know an imported beer so bound to be more) was R55 and a non alcoholic beer was R45. Compared to my pizza which was only R65! Just be aware as the menu... More

Primarily a watering hole that serves very average food. A great place for a drink after work with friends and a cheap snack. Always packed with interesting looking characters. Definitely a place to sit and watch personalities.
