Our first night in Cape Town and we had to visit this place, we were not disappointed at all, great choice of fresh fish & sushi - top quality reasonably priced. Really friendly and helpful service - excellent! You'll not be disappointed !

Probably the best meal we had in 2 weeks in South Africa. This is saying a lot since we didn't have a bad meal. Staff was very friendly and it was a wonderful dining experience.

The seafood is fresh and there is plenty of variety. Prices are cheap in USD - dinner for 4 was less than $100 with wine!!! The decor is a bit dated - but service and food are solid. We tried the fresh fish which is displayed under glass along with shrimp and lobster. The sushi - didn't try that. You... More

I went with a big party of friends, and even thought we had a reservation and apparently misunderstood the number of people, they managed to accommodate all 8 of us. The sushi was delicious, and then we ordered fresh fish from their fish bar and it was absolutely amazing! we were stuffed, but food was so good, we kept on... More

The most amazing sashimi - cut from a glorious slab of tuna, (in front of us) to order. Langoustines are incredible. Who needs a "typed-up" menu? The menu is to "view". Cannot recommend highly enough!

We had sushi, which was decent, taking varied-price plates off the conveyor belt. Fairly expensive, but right in Camps Bay town.

On recommendation from our B&B, we enjoyed a fabulous meal of fresh seafood at CodFather this evening, the concept is simple, you are shown and explained the seafood in a chilled cabinet, you choose what you want, return to your table to enjoy your chosen wine or beverage, selecting some sushi from the sushi train on the way for an... We were recommended the Codfather on our recent visit to Cape Town and we were so glad. The service is fantastic - they don't have a menu, rather they take you to the sushi bar or fish counter and explain each item. We shared a fish plater between two. We chose 5 different fish (as other reviews have said, don't... More
