We finally got round to visit Zucchini's and unfortunately our experience was not good. Our aim was lunch with craft beer. Upon hearing that our waitress informed us that 3 of their craft beer was out of stock. After much deliberation we chose 2 that was supposed to be in stock only to be told that one of them was... Big hearty salads in pretty location. Lots of vegetarian options as well. There is free wifi though it's weak outside.

We popped into Zucchini in Timberlake organic village for lunch one day during our tour of the garden route, I need to eat gluten free for medical reasons and had read that they had some choices . Wow that was the understatement of the year. I had a fantastic choice of dishes and both my husband ( not gf) and... More

We were driving to Plett when we decided to stop for lunch at Timberlake just outside Wilderness. We chose Zucchini as it was cold no wet and the roaring fire was welcome. An attentive waitress brought the menus quickly and we were pleased to see a LCHF option available, a lamb burger with a beetroot topping and sweet potato chips.... More

My friend and I went here for a light bite for lunch. I had the Gluten-free chocolate cake. It wasn't good. Made from avo, cacoa, dates and almonds. To be fair, It might have been a better experience if I had eaten something different The coffee was good. The restaurant itself interesting and the service good.

Hello Bonnie v. Thank you for the review! I definitely agree with trying to eat something different, our Gluten-free chocolate tart is an acquired taste for those whom are strict Vegans. We do this to try and cater for all, I do believe its just preference. It will be great to see you and your friend return to indulge in... More

We have been here many many times and dood has always been to the highest standard with good service. Today we had the worst food ever.. soggy, oily potato and sweetpotato chips... not likely to visit again...had to ask three times for the bill and when we complained about food quality the waitress just shrugged her shoulders.🙄

Fresh lunch, worth visiting! Lunched; chicken panini and wrap vegetables which were both delicious. Friendly staff and nice ambiance..

Good food with a wide choice of options for vegetarians. If you're looking for a spot to have a nice lunch in beautiful surroundings I'd recommend stopping at this restaurant. Watch out for the monkeys.

We came for burgers. And were not disappointed. They have burgers. The advertised 'craft beer' selection was a little disappointing but the ones we did try were... errr. Very South African! I.e. Very gassy. Not quite the same as 'craft beer' in Europe, but still drinkable. The food was good, but like many SA bars drenched in salt!! As a... More

Quick meal for kids. More time for myself. Not a huge greens fan, but pleasantly surprised with the gourmet Smok'n Chicken sandwich. Excellent taste combination - onion relish ties the chicken and green pepper together beautifully. Decadent milkshakes !!!!!! To die for. Atmosphere relaxed. Service great. Can recommend.

Description
Zucchini is blushing from all the attention...

Voted in the "Top 20 Culinary Destinations" in the Garden Route for three years running as voted by the Chaines des Rotisseurs.

Also voted best "Family Restaurant" in the Garden route for the last two years.

If walls of this honest country restaurant could talk the conversation would include words of fresh, vibrant, from scratch, home grown organic and compliments to the chef. To us simplicity is the key. You can expect dishes filled with flavour, a taste experience for the natural foodie.

Zucchini Restaurant is in the Timberlake Organic Village in Wilderness.

We offer a selection of Vegetarian meals but also offer game dishes like the "Springbok Shank" or our "Trio of Carpaccio".

A mix of local-made micro brews from the tap! 32 Different types of local beers to taste, not to be missed.

Play park for the kids, and a host of activities to keep them busy while you relax on our couches and sip a glass of wine.
