How refreshing to get a kids menu with a milkshake for R16! Good value for money with lots of options and a lovely play area outside for the little ones, and a stunning gallery and shop attached.

Venue nice. Don't order quiche. I ordered gets and spinach. And got something with butternut. Not recommended. Salad just leaves with 2 tiny tomatoes cut in half with garlic dressing. Chips were not tasty. Salad served with bacon and avo looked nice but more leaves than anything else. Garlic dressing added. Suggest waitrons ask what dressing and serve on side.... More

Great light easy meals combined with fabulous coffee make this a must visit in Durban. The outside seating is chilled and definitely much more sought after than the inside seating.

Great space to chill on a Saturday morning. Light easy meals on offer and great drinks too. I somehow seem to be hooked onto their Mezze platter with added halloumi. The service is awesome with happy smiling faces and people on the ball. There is a stunning play area for the kids too. A chilled out traipse through the craft... More

There is a very relaxed vibe at this venue. The service is friendly and chilled. There's a play area if you have children and a lady was doing sand art for the kiddies outside. The breakfast was good, prices are reasonable and loved the coffee! You can browse the different art on display. All in all a lovely visit, relaxing... More

This is a basic café with a fast food menu including health options – seating is rustic and mostly outdoors on a shaded patio good for a casual breakfast or lunch or just a coffee break – great coffee by the way – the premises as the name suggests houses an art gallery with some museum exhibits and a handy... I enjoyed the service and the quality of the food. Most of all was the area ambience being in the old neighbourhood of Glenwood or Bulwar. Lovely old housing architecture. There is often very good art on display and a 2 level art gift shop.

the KZNSA cafe serves delicious food and good coffee in a relaxed and attractive setting. The external courtyard is perfectly shaded by the trees on a hot day and the tables are not crammed in allowing you to enjoy the relaxed vibes. If you have kids there's a nice little play area that they can enjoy to help your relaxation... More

The food is good and well priced. The service is good when they are not understaffed. They have banting options. My favourite menu item is a chicken salad - I cant remember if there is more than one chicken salad but it is one of those dishes that once you have had it, it will be hard to choose anything... Nice place to have a cup of coffee and a bun after seeing the exhibits and visiting a really nice curio shop which are part of this complex. There was a wonderful art and poetry exhibition the day I visited, and the shop has beautiful stuff which are on the expensive side, but solid as far as quality is concerned.
