I've been eating here for years. Not once have I not had a friendly face greet me. If there were issues they were resolved quickly. I very much recommend Fresh Earth for anyone who eats or enjoys vegan / vegetarian food.
Big serving sizes on the burgers. These come very recommended.
They also make the best brownie ever.

I buy most of my plant-based food and supplements from Fresh Earth. The service is super friendly. Every time I go there, I meet someone interesting. It feels like a hub of like-minded people. Besides shopping for fresh food and plant-based items, the food is delicious. Choose from the menu or the buffet. I always find what I'm looking for.

Excellent vegan and veg food at the cafe. The vegan donuts are a treat and sell out quickly. Bowl meals also really good. Big portions of potato or sweet potato fries - nice! Lots of health grocery options too. All sorts or good fresh breads to buy too.

I enjoyed an Avo smash Bagel and Green Juice. That bagel was bold, smashing scrumptious. The green juice, I like it. Wilfred is a winner at customer care and service. Five stars to you.

We often visit Fresh Earth (almost every weekend). We absolutely love their food, and their gluten free cakes. I highly recommend a visit for good, quality and healthy food.

Freshly made, and unexpectedly delicious the vegetarian burger thrilled me. I am not a vegetarian and was sure I'd be unimpressed. I was wrong. All the food ordered for our lunch was excellent. Pleasant staff is a bonus. Well worth a visit. You can buy organic fresh produce as well.

Fresh earth pfffft, open kitchen which allowed me to see how frozen food comes from the back in a dirty white bucket and shoved into the microwave, then plated. The shepards pie tasted sour and microvaved, the quiche tasted microvaved and the chickpea snd avo wrapped tasted microvaved. I don't eat microwave food since it's not healthy, i expected a place called fresh earth to serve fred6h food, but to know everything i ate came out of that microwave. I'll never eat here again. And a lady in the kitchen yelled so loud fighting with a waitress. Luckily i got to see it all pretending like I'm looking at cakes!

I am so sorry we missed this review.
Your experience sounds awful and totally unacceptable.
Microwaved food is not allowed and only used when a client asks for something to be heated and with their permission.
Quiches and Wraps are made fresh whereas shepherds pies are made and frozen then defrosted in our static wood fired oven.
I would love to welcome you back to prove that we can get this right.

I order off of uber eats the Banana Cado smoothie and it was so sour and totally over powered by lemon it is undrinkable. I did try to call to explain and no answer. Everything else is delicious though. I was just disappointed with this particular smoothie.

The food served is always delicious. My fiancé and I just love this place! They have a wide range of foods, desserts and little treats for everyone. Their mighty burger is the best ever! And their vegan choc cake is so scrumptious :-}

Store on the one side, restaurant on the other side - best of both worlds. Enjoy good, wholesome, tasty vegan and vegetarian food. The menu is quite extensive and the portions are huge! My hit is the sweet potato chips. If you looking for your average burger place and soda place this is not the place. Foods are plant based and preservative free. There is quite a selection of drinks so you will not be left thirsty.
After you enjoy a good meal, take a walk through the shop! They even stock environment friendly straws and toothbrushes. A selection of the food that is sold in the restaurant can also be bought in the store. Please do try their brown rolls and sweet potato bread next time you are there. This place is quite a drive for us but it's so worth it! My vegetarian daughter is in her element...

This is my feel good place.... tasty fresh (true to its name) wholesome good food.
Service is average can be a bit slow.
Love the shop with all the natural products always stocking up on supplies when eating here.

For those in Joburg not in the know this is one restaurant you cannot miss. The fresh, healthy and delectable vegetarian meals are up there with the best.
Couple that with breakfast or a wholesome lunch and organic free trade coffees and you have a winner.
My favorite veg burgers and fries in town!
To finish off pop into the shop and stock up with natural and environmentally friendly products for a great dining experience.

I love this shop for its fantastic range of organic food and goodies. I usually get Vondie's frozen cat food here. This Sunday we tried their vegetarian buffet and it was an excellent choice. My favorite was beetroot salad with grapefruit and rocket.

Tucked away in the back corner of Emmerentia is dis delightful shop. They service a delicious vegan buffet lunch.
At the shop you can submerge yourself in all the healthy stuff one can think of. I regularly buy my gluten free raw ingredients but spoil myself with a chocolate brownie or apple pie or now Im hungry
