My friend and I stopped in for a light lunch on our way home from a trip. My friend had been here before and suggested we stop. I had the chicken noodle soup. It was about the best I have ever eaten. My friend had the chili and it looked awesome. The staff was very kind and friendly.

We ate here and all had omelets, they were so good we came back on our last day for omelets again. The first day we had to wait for a table, got lucky the second time but others were waiting when we left. I always think it says a lot about a place when the locals choose to eat there.... More

This small 32 seat eatery is popular with the locals and there is often a wait even on weekdays, but is worth the wait. We ate here twice during our stay and weren't disappointed either time. The first trip I had two eggs with ham, bacon and sausage while my wife had two eggs and crispy bacon. They serve both... More

The husband and I stopped to take a break from our business road trip and very much enjoyed the friendly service and homemade pie. Everything cooked to order, had some great lunch specials. Almost every table full when we walked in.

My wife and I stopped there today at a little after 11:00 a.m - the cutoff time for breakfast. The waitress told us not to worry that she would talk to the cook for us. We ordered the breakfast special: an egg over easy, a sausage patty, and biscuits and gravy. Could not have been better. The food and service... More

We went for breakfast and found the food was fabulous. Service was friendly and attentive. The restaurant only has about 8-10 tables so there isn't a lot of room. Almost always a wait. Get there early...it's worth the wait.

We have breakfast here weekly during the summer months. We have gotten to know most of the staff so we are treated like regulars. It a small busy place with well made meals. Some folks don't like to wait but they are missing a great meal and chats with the locals. We try to keep local places like this in... More

Just at the intersection of roads 277 & 260 there is a little restaurant perfectly set among trees. When I'm looking for a place to eat on the road I have always follow one basic rule: Stick with the crowd so parking was almost full... Very clean inside ad outside very good food. Basic, nothing fancy fresh and tasty.
