I felt like I was visiting my consults for dinner except the cooking was way better! Fresh fish fresh vegetables delicious potatoes and fast and friendly service what more could I ask for. I'm the guy who has the pain in the neck special-needs for dinner. Low-sodium, low-fat and very simple. Most places have trouble with this because the chefs... More

My spouse and I invited our neighbor to dine at this little Green Valley restaurant. We have had Thanksgiving dinner here before. But, this time, they served pressed turkey for the meal, and charged $22.00 for it. The salad or soup came with the meal, but appetizer (for 2) was priced at $8.00, and we did not order that. The... When a friend of ours wanted to celebrate his birthday, he selected Olives. We had heard about this charming Bistro but had never eaten here. When reading some of the negative reviews on trip advisor, i can't believe they had eaten at Olives. The service was great, and the server was helpful and very attentive. We found the menu had... Lovely scallop dinner. We typically do not eat bread with our meal, however a nice warm bread/olive oil option for extra would be nice. Also think the only weak point of this restaurant is their dessert menu. Sometimes they have a great rum cake but typically the selection comes out of a box. Homemade desserts and sorbets would be welcome.

Very small but great service and food. They make you feel right at home. They even made a special meal for a friend.

Went there for dinner once and lunch twice. This is a small restaurant with surprisingly great food! Their tuna salad sandwich or salad is THE BEST ever! Unbelievable! Fish entrees are very, very good and the wait staff is very attentive. Try it, you'll love it!

Ate here after an Opera League performance. Special menu was only fair, over priced. Very small, and noisy.

If you don't mind eating with plastic utensils on a plastic dish, then I guess you can get by the over priced, but creative menu choices. All the lunch items are very tasty and nicely prepared, I'm just not into the eclectic style when I eat out.

This COULD be a great restaurant...it is small, friendly, good service, has ambiance, but is still not up to par since my review a year ago. When a restaurant serves vegetables that come out of the freezer instead of fresh I begin to wonder if the gravy comes out of a can. It is a shame that in Green Valley... More
