We were a group of 5 people and ordered the wild Sea Bass. Once divided by 5 people this was excellent value and delicious. They brought thew whole fish to the table after grilling and then split it for us. Absolutely excellent wine too. Perfect view. My daughter had pasta which was also delicious - fresh and good quality

We have eaten at Safran quite a few times for lunch and dinner and it never disappoints, stunning views across the water at the tombs, quality food and nice service , out of the way at the other end of town but well worth a short walk for what you get .

If you are in Dalyan or are planning to visit, don't miss this restaurant! The service and the food is great. We had a selection of dishes, all stunning. The teenagers loved the chinese chicken and the curry (which they had twice!). The adults had the salt baked seabass which was stunning. My husband said he had the best steak... More

Highly recommend this restaurant - slightly away from the hubbub of town. Directly opposite the beautiful caves and on the water - perfect. Excellent food and lovely entertainment Definitely add to your list of evenings out if you're in the village

Stopped for lunch as part of dalyan 3in1 tour. Starters tasty. Service good. Main course of trout or chicken was fine. Vegetarian option was omelette and chips. Not very good especially as I am a very strict vegetarian and do not eat eggs. The view across the river to the rock tombs was beautiful.

A lovely setting, overlooking the tombs and the river at sunset. The staff, especially Ali, provided a friendly welcome and an excellent service (also teaching us some Turkish phrases at the same time which was fun!) The menu was very wide ranging which suited everyone in the family. We would highly recommend the mixed grill - the flavour and tenderness... More

Safran has always been one of our favourites in Dalyan. We enjoy sitting by the river watching the boats plying back and forth with a glass in hand and good food. We especially enjoy the baked crab served with a green salad. An ideal lunch now we have established that the crab is not a protected species!! A place to... More
