We love the burgers here and eat here regularly but were disappointed when we were turned away for dinner at 9:40pm tonight. We eat pretty quickly and would have been happy with a quick burger for dinner after drinks at Black Sands but the staff...at Bandida said they were closed before quarter to ten. I wish could write or not even write something about this place but already passed few weeks since the bad experience in their restaurant and beside a “sorry” and apologies didn’t see anything. So I decided to share to all of you now the unpleasant...experience which in fact is the worst burger experience in Bali since we arrived. So actually we ve been served with a frozen medium burger at our request of medium rare and to say about the meat was tasting already rotten with flavour that you could think maybe food for dogs. Potatos and mayo was good but main product not fresh but when said that to them, no reaction just a sorry. So probably the customer service should improve especially when users like us try to help make their products and service valued and measured in customer experience. Disappointed and will not go there again or will not recommend further this place.More
The best burger I've had so far in Bali. Huge portion and all the ingredients are in a good quality. Rate is higher than normal - more than Rp 100k but totally worth the money. We went there with my friends for their drink promo...as well and alcohol drinks are big with a lot of alcohol inside:D Very nice place for night out with your friends or maybe even for a date:) Just one minus - service. It took them quite long to bring us menu, to come for order, to clean the table...More
Came here couple of times and never disappointed. I like Mexican food especially tacos, and their tacos are Killin it, I really like the slow cooked beef taco they have. It's not easy to get beef taco in Bali especially the good one, so when...I knew they have then I came to try, n come back again n again after the 1st visit, and ohh yaa they also use fresh tortilla for tacos so makes everything's perfect. And today I came to check are they open or not, coz mostly lots of resto closed coz covid-19 situation, and I'm so happy coz their open even only for take away. So if u guys like tacos do not hesitate to come n try. 🌮More
PROs: At lunchtime, me and my boyfriend came here for some munchies. We ordered La Matriarca and BBQ Pulled Pork for the burgers and Carne O Plomo for the taco. They are stacks of goodness. Shoutout for the cook! 🙌🏻 And their watermelon juices were...great slurps. CONs: Imagine Hello Kitty being pissed off. That's how the cashier looked like. I had no idea why she behaved like that, while a couple of minutes ago there were tourists and she was all smiley and was thanking them all the time. Even she didn’t say thank you while I was handing the money. Scum. 🙄 More impetus to improve the service. Obviously there’s a huge gap for serving locals and gaijin. Hiring staff who’s less arrogant along with a good hospitality wud be nice. The toilet smelled awful, no water sprayers, no liquid soap at the sink, no EDC machine [cash only], and no car-parking.More
If you are vegan, go elsewhere. The only vegan option on the menu ( vegan burrito) was very disappointing. It had absolutely no flavor in it, we were scrambling to put extra salsa on our burritos to give it a little kick. Not worth the...money.More
Saw a review on a website for the "best burgers in canggu" and this popped up.. along with a couple of others. Figured, I'd try them all out and see which one comes up the best.. fair to say, I've been here twice now and...only once to the others. Burgers are great. Ridiculous prices, at 65k for lunch, with fries and drink. Make sure you have cash as you cannot use EFT. But don't let that deter you.. free sangria Thursday and 15k taco Sunday for those into that. This place shouldn't be quiet.More
Taco sunday Together with my boyfriend we visited this place on a sunday evening. We enjoyed the taco’s which were only 15k!! Great atmosphere, very friendly staff and good food. Can definately recommend this place!
Really nice restaurant. I tried the burger and it was amazing! Juice and french fries (delicious) included... very quiet place, nice decoration and a very nice staff too! It’s a nice restaurant to whom are looking for a cheap meal but good at the same...time. Is good also to someone who needs to work during the holidays.More
Mixed feelings . I went twice. Nachos were terrible, how can you even serve them without cheese?! Vegan burrito was amazing and massive portion. Service was awful, so slow, we were waiting to get menus, then to order, them to get someone’s attention and to...get the bill. Second time we came on sunday and got cheap tacos, waitress forgotten about my friends order. Overall experience was average, maybe you should get more staff or train them better?More
Looks nice and has cool vibes. But burger took 45 min and it was the wrong item! Terrible I’d say. In the end I didn’t eat there.
Excellent food - the chicken burrito particularly - and drinks in a lovely place. We found it whilst wandering but intend to return as it was so good. There was a happy hour 2 for 1 promo on cocktails and I loved my frozen margaritas.
I went there on the supposed taco sunday, was charged full price, nachos are terrible, the tacos meat was bad, no proper hot sauce. left annoyed. A lot more expensive than was advertised.
It is a good option quality and price. It is a comfortable place, the food was very good, and a very affordable price (to be Canggu). It's not something special, but it's ok
We had a great dinner! Ordered all kinds of tacos, the most favorite was with prawns and pork! Really delicious! 😻🌮 On Sundays, they have a discount for tacos and happy hour for cocktails from 6 PM to 8 PM! P.s place was super cozy...and fashionable! It was a great experience! 😻♥️More
