On the harbour near where the cruise ships dock in Juneau it is easy to spot in Red. Don't be put off by the line of people, this is because you order at the entrance then take a seat to wait for your order. They take your name and country or state and call that and bring your food. Drinks... More

If you are looking for King Crabs, this is the place. Nothing but Crabs, beer, Crabs cakes, and crab bisque. Also, had a Denali Brewing IPA that was wonderful.

Though that it might be marginal being right on the dock area. Unimpressive inside but the food is great.

My daughter and her husband had been to Alaska before and brought us to Tracy's. At first I saw the long line and limited seating and thought are they kidding? But Oh My Goodness what a treat! The line moved fast and the Crab Legs were unbelievable. I thought I'd had Alaskan King Crag Legs before but let me tell... More

This place is less than perfect - there is limited seating at picnic tables indoors - and they ran out of crab cakes halfway through the lunchtime cruise ship rush. All hype.

Be prepared for assembly line service. It's not gourmet but it's a good crab fix. Simple and easy. That's why it's called a shack! Where else can you find king crab to feast on?

On our recent trip back to Juneau we decided to stop for lunch, one of those 'When in Rome' ideas. I wasn't impressed with the food (but then again where Im from its easily accessible). When we visited it was in the new location...this is what I had a rough time with. There was 1 ship in that day and... More

We shared the combo between two of us. The crab was awesome as was the bisque. Crab cakes were okay and the sauce a bit spicy. Highly recommended and worth the wait.

Very friendly staff serving delicious food! We were looking for a good seafood restaurant in Juneau for dinner and could not have chosen a better establishment.

Prior to my trip to Juneau I read a lot of reviews as to where to eat and Tracy's was on the top of my list and I was not disappointed. I ordered the combo and it was so worth the price. The crab cakes were amazing, the bisque delicious and the king crab scrumptious. Although the port was extremely... More
