One of my favorite things about the bake shop is that I can walk in with my ski boots on and have a great bowl of homemade soup. Their breakfast and sandwiches are pretty awesome too.

Went right before closing and had quick sandwiches that were outstanding. Could tell how popular this place is with the local crowd. Only regret was we missed out on breakfast and the cinnamon rolls.

Cute little bake shop at base of Aleyeska ski resort. Excellent, huge homemade cinnamon rolls and great farmers breakfast omelettes. Always busy but efficient. Stunning views.

We frequent The bake Shop, we love their food. Yesterday I decided to try the sandwich special, the Avocado Tuna Melt, it was one of the BEST sandwiches I have ever had!

Nice bake shop, clean friendly good coffee. I chose the spinach, grilled tomatoe omelette. There was one slice of grilled tomatoe as a garnish, but none in the scramble. A bit on the thrifty side and not much in the way of spices, kind of plain. No wheat bread, sourdough only. Good coffee though. Didn't try the pastries, trying to... More

We were late coming back from a Glacier cruise and they were closing in about 15 min. We ordered rubens and they were very good. No one pushed you to leave as they were closing. You do need to be there early as there was mostly bread left and virtually no pastries. We didn't have that experience. Judging by the... More

When skiing Alyeska we always have lunch here. The homemade soup is always great. Breakfasts are good too. And the bread is excellent.
