The ambiance was spectacular. The hotel has several floors for you to select where to eat. The food was delicious. We sat by the street. The service was great. Love the decorations. Would go here again.

We had some high hopes for La Cantina. Great location and views. Plenty of parking which is unusual in MA. The restaurant itself is quite large, encompassing 2 levels, but could use some updating and a little modernization. We kept thinking we were in a Rocky Mountain Lodge that happened to overlook a jungle, it was a little weird. I... More

It was a great view, open air, a bit warm and some bugs. I found the food o.k. I ordered chicken nachos, I couldn't find the chicken. He tried to point it out, but I never saw it! I called it essence of chicken. I had a margarita, I found it to be fair as well. It is a small... More

We came to this cantina for breakfast on our first day in Manuel Antonio. The restaurant decor is basic but the view is phenomenal. From your seat you can look out over the jungle out to the ocean. We ordered two beers and two "Tipico" Costa Rican breakfasts consisting of tortillas, gallo pinto (rice and beans), avocado, scrambled eggs and... More

We came here on a rainy night in Costa Rica. We ordered a whole red snapper and it was so good. We had the fish skewers with veggies as well. Great food and drinks.

Doesn't look like much from the road but opens up to a beautiful open air dining room with stunning ocean views. Unfortunately, the views were the highlight and despite our high hopes, it went downhill from there. We ordered appetizers and a meal, which took a loooong time to arrive. When it did, all of the food was delivered at... More

This was a great first restaurant on our trip to Manuel Antonio. We arrived late and they were out of several options, but we loved the ceviche, chicken fajitas, mahi filet were delicious! The two for one drinks were an added bonus. Our waiter was a little snarky but overall a great experience.

We gathered with about 6 girls to watch Germany v. Italy place a soccer match. Food selections not bad and pretty much what you will find in most locations. Cold beer and wonderful set view are the normal fav hangout for locals. Today was a little overcast and service a little slower than usual but this is classic Costa Rica.... More

Friendly servers, always a smile. Yummy food! Beautiful view and a lovely cat that would swing over and almost smile while showing off her beautiful home.
