After 11:30pm on a Friday this place is packed! Good music, fire dancers when we were there, drinks are standard level of weak (order an extra shot on the side to ensure a "double" if you want something a little stronger), but the location is great and music was good. With the ping pong and pool tables, there's a little... More

Lazy Mon's was right on the beach with an incredible view and good music! We had a good lunch but it wasn't anything super special!

This is first place we stopped once reaching Puerto Viejo. We were very hungry and liked the location near the beach with a nice view. The view and vibe were great and the drinks were cold. However, service was slow and the delivery of our burger and sandwich took very a very long time. Neither item was very good. Not... More

What a great atmosphere: sea view, large space, good reggae/reggaeton music to listen and dance, ping pong... :) loved it!

Yummy nachos and chicken wings, and the ever present ice cold beers! Had a cover patio, which was great as it was raining while we were there.

We were taken to Lazy Mon on a Friday by a friend of ours from the area, and were definitely not disappointed. We arrived and at first it was not too busy and we were unsure about how the night would play out, and initially only were going to stay for 1 drink. All of a sudden, the dance floor... More

Seriously so cool. As far as i remember drinks were around 3$ which is the best ive seen around that area :)! Awesome music... More

At the beachfront location of the former 'Sanford's.' Good burgers and wraps. Very relaxed. Only pool table in town.

Cold drinks right on the beach with good music. You have some shady characters who prey on the tourists so be careful. Especially with Moses a pudgy gold chain wearing guy. Do not walk with him anywhere. Anyway, aside from that guy the place is awesome! One of the few places to get HPA beer and stiff drinks while sitting... More

The bar is very relaxed and right on the beach. The DJ was great and so were the drinks. I highly recommend their mojitos.
