Totally polo as the name suggests. Three days in a raw both lunch and dinner. Had enough. Time to change to a non chicken diet. Hope Aji Lemon do not disappoint

Dinner options are extremely limited. Only Dennys and Rosti Pollos are really within walking distance. We chose the latter as the last thing we wanted to do was eat at an American chain after two weeks of great Costa Rican food.
Excelente rotisserie chicken, we ordered the 1/4 chicken, it was tasty and moist, the sweet plantains were good... the beans tasted processed, the corn on the cob was awful, hard, dry and chalky, the tortillas were ok, we also ordered the rice drink, it was...More

This restaurant was located beside our hotel so with our 10% coupon in hand, we decided to visit it. As we walked up to the building, the back doors were open to the kitchen and a terrible, almost sewer like smell seemed to come from...More
We love eating here when we first get into San Jose because everyone loves it. Similar to El Pollo Loco in the states but with a Costa Rican twist. The chicken, tortillas and all the sides are delicious and made quickly.
