We stopped here on our drive back to New Orleans from Point Clear. I think we've been to every restaurant on the Causeway over the years. It's just a great area to stop for lunch when you're traveling on I-10. This was our first time...More

Stopped by for lunch on our way home to Pensacola from Mobile. Our first visit to Ed's. Lunch was very good! I had grilled shrimp with a side of Red Beans & Rice. My wife had the fried shrimp. We were both very pleased! We...More

We stopped here to eat because I read that it was dog friendly. We sat on the lower deck overlooking the Mobile Bay. Excellent food and great service. The dogs relaxed while we ate the Crab Bisque and Shrimp po-boy. Highly recommend!

We've eaten at all of the Causeway restaurants between Mobile and Spanish Fort. Eds is the best by far. Doesn't have the glitter of the others but the food, service, and little things make it the best. Highly recommended for lunch or dinner in four...More

Get place for lunch with reasonably priced meals. My husband had the shrimp basket and I had the crab chowder. Both meals were served quickly and tasted great.

I lived in Mobile when I was a kid and remembered the excitement of eating out on the causeway. Hurricanes and time erased the restaurant I remember, but Ed's had engraved more happy memories! My husband had never been to AL, let alone Mobile, so...More

We really enjoyed Ed's. My husband loved the gumbo. Said it was one of the best he's had. I couldn't figure out why they gave us saltines with the coleslaw until I saw I was supposed to scoop slaw with the cracker. Never saw that...More
