What a great place to visit - nice and quirky, with plenty of history. We arrived early for lunch and the place was humming with patrons. This meant we were ushered to one on the overflow rooms. The staff were great and the food excellent....What a great place to eat and so full of history. We will be backMore

Beautiful restaurant which serves good food and coffee. Not cheap but value for money. Peak time might need to wait for more than one hour, it would be better to come in the afternoon. The building was built 101 years ago for newspapers production and...printing in the past. It maintains in good condition and displays some old photos plus copies in the restaurant as decoration, don’t miss it in Shanghai!More

A welcoming place in the Bund area serving european style food and drinks. Welcomed by customer friendly staff and as I was on my own, they were very happy to find me a place with an outlook. A nice place to take a break from...the bustle outside.More

Rose Fermented Tofu Cheese Cake is good. But please don't order piccolo latte if you prefer stronger caffeine ; yes even piccolo latte. Is just milky taste. On the safe side, just go for Americano or long black and ask for milk at the side.

The restaurant is located in the former building of the Shun Pao Daily Newspaper, that was discontinued in 1949. It is stylish, and maybe special for Shanghai, but in Europe you can find many of these converted industrial locations. Inside is busy and loud. The...menu offers nice food and the service is efficient. Prices are moderate.More

After a day shopping, we enjoyed our perfectly cook pizza and duck bolognese. The staff were friendly and the wine nice, although a tad expensive.

The Press is an old news print factory that’s been perfectly converted into the amazing restaurant it is today. The decor and fit out is right on point. The food is fresh and has great taste. We had a pizza and the duck pasta and...both were cooked just right. The service is attentive and you feel very looked after. It is a must for anyone visiting Shanghai.More

On our last day of a 9 day visit to China, we stumbled across this historic site. Beautiful decor, rich in newspaper print tang history, and with a tremendous menu of ‘Western’ food. The diavola pizza went down a treat. Make sure you have a...wander around to see the old newspapers and original printing equipment.More

Good Coffee, tasty Carrot cake but tiny portions. TripAdvisor search filter shows this place for breakfast. Seemingly do Brunch at weekends but we got lunch menu at 10:00 on a Thursday morning. Fiendly Staff and cool, casual style... Close to Nanjing Road East, just a...little off the beaten track.More
