Element fresh is a very good restaurant for salads, appetizers, and smoothies. However, because of the "freshness" of everything you will see the result on the bill. Not a place you can go to all the time but the healthy choices, and great tastes, bring...me back every once in a while.More

Like the title says, good food at a good price. Clean place and good sized portions for your money. The only knock would be communication barrier as there were few that understood English but we were able to work together and figure it out. Food...came pretty fast. This is good, healthy type food. Enjoyed our experience.More

Wow-O-wee, really fresh orange juice and incredible salads! I’m sitting here getting drunk on orange juice that would put FLORIDA to shame

It’s been a long time since I have visited Element Fresh. Once the place to go if you wanted a decent sandwich or salad, it is now a mere shadow of what it was before. The quality keeps dropping, service is appalling and cleaning standards...are horrible. Does anybody know if they changed owners?More

I had two meals here as the restaurant was near my hotel. Plenty of choice on the menu and everything we had was outstanding. The tacos and salads were particularly good. Highly recommended!

We were staying at the Fraser Residence Hotel with our dog, so we couldn't really venture out too far. We were pleased to discover there was an Element Fresh on the 6th floor of the hotel. We ordered room service from there for supper and...breakfast and were pleasantly surprised at the food both times. Not top gourmet, but we weren't expecting that anyway. Good American-tasting soups, salads, and tacos, along with fresh-squeezed juices. Breakfast had some great healthy options if that's what you're looking for. After living in China for many years, food from "home" can be a real comfort, so we were very pleased with our find:)More

I was living 2 months in Shanghai and visited a Element Fresh restaurant (one in Jinke Road) three times. A lot of variety of salads, sandwiches, snacks and dishes. Specially recommended after some weeks eating Chinese food and if you are a little tired of...rice, nudlees and chopsticks.... Don't miss the tacos. There is a one person menu for 128 RMBs that consist of a starter, main, dessert and fresh orange juice.More
