The Gulf is the best place possible for fantastic ocean/beach/boat views and interesting foods. From angus burgers to ceviche. Bar has great choices. Eclectic, good for families and spring breakers. It's a "must try" in OBA

Good lunch food - fish sandwich, chicken sandwich, etc. Great view. A little pricey, but it's the beach.

Can't really say at night. I've only been during the day when the sun was shining. I would image at night it wouldn't be bad at all.
