My fist impression for chicken rice ball is it's over-rated. The rice balls here are getting smaller & its salty. The chicken tasted ok & the roasted pork is not very crispy. However, the restaurant is not crowded which is a good thing especially when you want to eat & chit chat with friends.

Great food if you like this style of chicken rice. Rice comes in balls. There are other food you can order besides chicken too. Try the peranakan deserts. Reasonable price. Used to be cheaper until Melaka became so touristy

The chicken is so cold, not warm enough for the empty stomach. Besides, these rice balls are so bad, not firm. Still think the Vietnamese chicken rice at Hoi An and the Hainam chicken rice of Chinese are the best ones.

I am a avid chicken rice lover and I do love my food. Hungry after much walk along Jonker street saw this restaurant with a HK celebrity Chef endorsement of culinary outside the restaurant, thought it would be nice food served as I heard much hype about Melaka chicken rice balls. Tried half of the white and fried chicken together... More

Easy place to pick up a bite in your walk around town. Nice chicken satay with a real good peanut sauce. Be aware that the bathrooms need to be updated and kept a bit cleaner, along with soap and tissue.

Restaurant was full, when we took a peek. There was a short queue of people waiting to be seated, so we joined the queue thinking it should be good given all its publicity. I was not impressed with the food. First of all, the rice balls tasted almost like plain rice lacking any flavour or fragrance. Then the chicken was... More

The chicken tasted good and had nice seasoning. The rice balls were quite normal, just a cute look for snack. Considering for a meal, there's no way to be full with it.

Located along Jonker Street, we dined for lunch. The restaurant was packed but the waitresses were quick and efficient. We ordered prior to seating down from the menu presented at the door and we only had to wait about 5min before we were escorted to our table. What seemed to be a grand-looking-well-run establishment soon showed its cracks when we... More

Closes quite early so only useful for early evening dining. Has a reasonable menu at prices comparable to elsewhere, without being spectacular. Served decent satay and barbecue pork.
