Having travelled for some time this has definitely been the best burger we had in ages :) Try the Guanabana juice (soursop) it's so good!!! Excellent service too - Maria Fatima was smiley and efficient. Thinking of staying another night to try the other burgers^^

Very surprised with the attention and the good service I received. The hamburguer was delightful, I had a long time without eating such a well done burguer and the place was very colorful and nice. Definitely I recommend Palate 100%

Went for afternoon meal on advice from the hotel about their great veggie burgers. The burger was great but the pizza was fab! Shared the Palate Pizza and the Vegetable Burger. OMG! The blend of flavors on the pizza was amazing. But I'm partial to blue cheese... Super if your looking for meatless alternatives!

We were staying at the Supertramp hostel and decided to have a pizza here to avoid going out in the pouring rain. The pizza was nice (though don't expect a wood oven) and decently priced compared to the rest of the restaurants in town (22 soles). Definitely a cozy atmosphere and good classic rock always on.

It was late and tired and I wanted to drink a beer. Entered and find out that a beer (Cusqueña) costs same as within a convenience store, therefore this was a change for this town where everything is overpriced. I did not taste the food but my table neighbours were having hamburgers and at least look good and for a... More

We were looking for non-Peruvian food for a quick change and found palate bistro on trip advisor - great ratings and pizza and hamburgers were offered . It was a little difficult to find though located pretty close to our inka terra hotel once we finally found it. The service was great, food really good and not in the center... More
