Don't be fooled by the gimmicky restaurants in town or on the river, with flags or flashing lights or chess boards or jenga. Feel free to grab a beer at any of those, but eat at Toto's House. It was, far and beyond, the best restaurant in MP City (formerly Aguas Calientes). We had Crema de Choclo (Cream of Peruvian... More

We went on the night before going to Machu Picchu based on reviews. It had great music, a lovely wood burning grill and service was good. We ordered the chicken soup, veg pizza and two pastas. They were all fairly good..nothing to rave about but good. The atmosphere was lovely and we would have stayed longer if we didn't need... More

Had some time to kill and was walking around town. We went in with out any reviews or expectations. Great views of the river as it basically hangs over it. Busy place lots of people coming and going. Had a choice of buffet or off menu. We ordered pizza and some soup (we were cold and hungry). The pizza was... More

A wonderful place to eat after looking at the ruins and while waiting for the train. The buffet was as good as any hotel. You are right above the river and can hear the water rushing over the rocks. If you are in a hurry have the buffet.

Nice atmosphere and decor, great views of the river. The waiter was unresponsive and we had to chase him to get his attention. I don't think that he smiled even once. The ceviche was really tasty, but the pizza came under cooked and we had to send it back. It seems like a very trendy place, but it didn't impress... More

We had lunch here after walking from Machu Picchu(1.5 hr walk)! Lomo al chimichurri was great. Kids loved the pizza. A nice view and break before hitting the market and taking train back to hotel. Not cheap.

Had a nice dinner here. Price was reasonable, food was good. The rice with coconut was good. My sister had a chicken chimichurra dish with potatoes that was yummy. There is outside seating overlooking the river. Nice place.

Fantastic food! Can highly recommend Toto's Lomo from the menu and the loin with quinoa and bacon in the quinoa. Great staff. Oman our waiter was excellent. The view from the window seats overhanging the river was brilliant. Definitely not the cheapest place in town but worth it

If this restaurant had been in Cuzco or Lima, it would be barely average at best. In this overpriced tourist trap of a town, its not bad. Had the lunch buffet, which included a nice alpaca carpaccio.

The pizza was absolutely delicious, and the fireplace by the window overlooking the river was very cozy. The service was less than stellar. It was 20 minutes to receive our drinks (we could see them sitting on the bar) and then there was no offer for more drinks. There was only one other couple in the restaurant. The server was... More
