The Manager and his restaurant team had put the great effort for my brother's birthday dinner. Having nice chinese new year buffet for all of us with a very well design surprise cake that made the birthday boy happy. Great restaurant for family...keep it up..and thankful for the service from Four Points by Sheraton Sandakan.

If you are tired of South Est Asian food, then choose this restaurant. After a long stay in Malesia, here you could find a little of european food. Nice team, quality food, lovely service.

We ate in this restaurant many times during our stay in Sandakan. The breakfast buffet is wonderful. For lunch and dinner, everything we tried was good. The pizzas and the club sandwich are good. The best deal for dinner is the steamboat (66 MR per person and a huge amount of seafood and vegetables). We also liked their Malay set... More

We ate at the breakfast buffet every day for 8 days at different times in the morning. Whilst the variety is good the food was always cold and stale. The cold food was not cold enough resulting some of the fresh juices going fizzy. We ate one night at the Ramadam Buffet but again the variety was good but hot... More

I was staying in Sepilok region and came to the Sandakan city for a day trip. In the list of things to do in Sandakan, eating at this place was one of the suggestion so I went ahead with my lunch at The Eatery. Honestly, I was super impressed with the place. The Location is perfect, right at the bay... More

Stayed here for a couple of nights before entering the wilderness. Lovely people, great room with dual aspect. Very clean, nice infinity pool. Food was good, nice variety. Good location. Wouldn't go outside at night though, neighbourhood is a little rustic.

We came here as part of our 2 night stay, dinner here was convenient and easy. The menu looked like it had a nice selection of western and Malay cuisine. We had the steamboat. It was not for me, but I'm sure if someone liked seafood then they would have loved it! It was a lot if effort for not... More

If you are staying for a long period, don't expect a variety of choices for breakfast every morning. Only two or three item changes and the rest remains the same.
