Stopped to eat after hiking Ha Tanur Falls. The food was excellent - we had grilled trout that was amazingly fresh. The sauces that came with the fish were also excellent. The meal started with a variety of salad dishes, including a smoked trout dish that was delicious. The setting was wonderful - next to a flowing stream - and... More

We came as a party of 8. The salads that opened the lunch were commercial, to my taste. The pita bread was the best part! We also ordered several types of grilled fish plates and several ravioli plates. The lemon that was placed on the table to season the fish was preserved, and arrived to our table after some of... We arrived afternoon around 1500, We had to wait for 20 minutes till they prepared the table for 8 , although the restaurant was almost empty. The host was unfriendly, seems like she didn't want to have anymore clients. The food: the trout was great , not excellent but good , the salads were horrible, seems they laid out for... More

So if you are lucky to be in the Galil; this is a must worth a detour. Lunch or dinner at a simple but special place. No pretentions at all. Have an entree (Humus, salad) and a fish. It'll cost you nothing and you'll be happy forever.

We recently spent a week touring Israel and needed a place to have dinner on a Friday (Shabbat) up in the Golan. What a delight Dag Al HaDan was. Young fun staff waited on us . Trout any which way was the main course -- as it is a working trout farm did I tell you. We each had it... More

Service is a bit slow. The fish is fresh and served with side dishes that are all delicious. Sitting outside makes it a special experience, but the falling leaves sometimes get into the food.

Once again we were not disappointed with the fare at this restaurant. Ambiance, straddling the bubbling brooks with water from the Senir branch of the Dan River is totally awesome. This is equally matched with the quality of the fish offered on the menu. Locally, on the premises, reared river trout is a speciality of theirs and whether it is... More

I was apprehensive when we drove into parking area and walked across a footbridge to an open air restaurant, under the trees next to a bubbling brook. Then, the ducks swam by and the peacocks in the trees began moving. The service was friendly and quick. They specialize in trout which are raised in their own fish farm. The food... More

The location in Northern Israel beside the River Senir is magical with chickens and peacocks running around. This restaurant is part of the trout farm. We have eaten twice in the past 6 months are were disappointed, We asked for soup then grilled trout - But the trout came before the soup on both occassions !! We even asked the... More

Fish here is delicious. Fresh salads, beautiful views, small rivers 💦 and fish 🐠 swimming around you, birds walking around you, Just one remark for better service, I saw a poor waitress trying to open bottle of wine, she hardly succeeded. Price is fair. Will come back here by sure
