Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Unlike most of the other hipster cafes which are largely alike this place has nice vibes and music. Good range of beverages n snacks. Loved my thai milk tea with coconut milk..

Best chai in the world, not just Thailand. Also just the ambience is so cool and the servers great. The only thing I did not like is how there is a cost for charging your electronics 🙄

If you’re looking for the best chai in Thailand, you’ve found the right place (probably one of the best I’ve had anywhere honestly). I ordered the iced chai tea with coconut milk and it was delicious. Each cup is hand ground with a mortar and pestal. It was a little pricey for Thailand (90 baht) but worth it, plus it is imported from India. I also ordered the banana loaf which was yummy (50 baht). The atmosphere is chill and the WiFi works well - as a heads up it’s 10 baht an hour to use an outlet to charge your devices.

This is a great place to hang out at any time, but Thursday nights are special; it's Open Mike time. There are usually a number of Pai regulars performing, but visitors are also welcome. The last time I was there we had a trio of British poems, a handful of Chinese folk songs, part of a one-woman play, a singer with a ukulele, and various other performers. Highly recommended.

We went there to eat branch, the place is full with Colors and art. We ate a sandwich, an avocado sandwich and one with egg. The avocado sandwich was very tasty! Plus, we both had a smoothie! They serve food and drink in a unique and aesthetic way. Attached picture. Recommended, enjoy!

We loved this cafe as soon as we arrived! The atmosphere is so relaxed and the decor is cosy and a proper travellers vibe. The food was great and the staff were lovely. We’ll be going back!

I had chickpea burger and it was quite nice. They serve with fries and salad. So cozy and quiet but very easy to find it.

Very cozy and sweet little place to find good comfort in or perhaps get some work (writing) done, however, the chai is sometimes a hit and miss in flavor, and the food is somewhat mediocre (lacks flavor/creativity). I think this place has (had) a good thing going, but perhaps has lost some inspiration along the way. My suggestions: 1) master the chai recipe and make it consistently spicy and flavorful - I think a better chai is offered at 'Nature Life' on walking street night market.... 2) offer tastier, better prepared food menu - the chickpea burger was over-fried and had no flavor and the salad was made with wilted (old) lettuce and vegetables - there is clearly a lot of creativity at this place (in decor, music selection, artwork) and I think it would do the cafe good to have this same creativity reflected in the food they prepared and offered 3) I think it would be nice if they had more of a treat selection in the fridge- right now they offer a dry vegan chocolate cake and brownies...again, I just think they need to take some care in mastering the food and drink they offer, and then they'd be set!

Great place to sit and have a chai- all kinds of chai and different nut milks to choose from. Wifi, comfy seats, and nice atmosphere. People hanging out reading, playing chess, and eating good food. A really nice break from the chaos of Walking Street!

This little cafe is arty, cosy and creative. Food is healthy and of an excellent standard. Premises are consistently clean and the deco is eclectic and inspirational. Events are sometimes held here, too. We also recommend the sister cafe in KP.

If there is ever a time when you want to clam the mind this is one of those places. It is just off of walking street and has great coffees and teas with the occasionally glass of red wine if you need it. I especially enjoy open mic night on Thursdays because it isn't just for musicians you can tell a story, do a dance or preform a poem. It is the only place in Pai where you can do that and why it's one of my favourite little spots in town and something you should visit when you are here.

Art In Chai was the first place I ate at when I arrived in Pai. It was wonderful. The service and kindness and the delicious food. I had a smoothie bowl and coffee and was in heaven
