Me and my friend had chicken skewers and clams and then lobster, and prawns from the BBQ. Most of the clams was empty and the rest tested nothing. Chicken was dry. Lobster and prawns was over cooked. It was more like rubber. Also didn't taste anything. We paid 3300 baht for this. Service was bad. We had to remind them... More

After 21 days travelling in Thailand, Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam, my wife and I (unfortunately) found the worse food. The place is nice, with beautiful view, however the meals are terrible. The chickem soup tasted like salty old water, and the meat was hard and overcooked. My shrimp was tasteless. Avoid this restaurant

So much potential here. Fantastic location on the waterfront. We were lucky and got a waterfront table. But the place seems to be seriously short staffed and unco-ordinated. It takes up a really big area across the water front. But there seems to be no staff supervision and instead of handling specific areas we watched the staff rushing from one... More

Worst restaurant we have experienced travelling in Thailand in past two months. It looks nice with seating on the bay but food is terrible. Ordered Tempura shrimp that was NOT tempura batter, they were tiny shrimp surrounded by vast amounts of undercooked batter. The servers are all confused about who they were serving and we had 5 different servers show... More

We ate at this restaurant tonight. The total bill was $1170 baht. We gave the waiter $2000 baht and he gave us only $330 baht in change. We remember clearly each of us gave $1000 baht to the waiter. I told my partner I will treat for the meals and he can pay for the cocktails ($360 baht). My partner... More

We had a great table right at the water however it was like being on the desert. The service was very slow. The food was good but not worth the wait. We had to find our own cutlery. The waitress seemed confused as to what we wanted. I would not recommend trying to eat here.

We visited this restaurant for an evening dinner, the food took forever to be served and 2 or 3 dishes arrived to our table that we did not order however we were not aware that they were not for us as we ordered a mix of things and all of the food came at completely different times which was the... We wanted to treat ourselves well so decided to visit Ton Sai Seafood. The restaurant is pretty big, lacking any style. There are a lot of waiters but no one really cared..we had to ask for the menu and then for an ashtray - 4 times... The food is good, we had: - tom yum soup (very rich but incredibly... More

My husband and I went here, thinking it would be delicious seafood according to a few locals' recommendations. The mussels and shrimp were very good, however, we ordered, and 45 min later we had to ask again for our food. The waitress did not smile or look at us once, not even when taking our order. She was rude, and... More
