Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Best chicken gyros I’ve ever had. Chicken so soft and delicious. Lamb gyros was also gorgeous. Definitely recommend this restaurant.

It seems the place was nicely renovated recently, as the interior looks more stylish and fresh in reality than on the travellers’ photos here. Their meze plate was absolutely astounding, it’s a genuine mediterranean cuisine! The chicken in our gyros seemed a bit too salty,...but it’s probably the matter of taste. I’d give it another try. The owner and the staff are great. The place had a wonderful vibe and definitely stands out on the Ko Lanta restaurant scenery. Not the cheapest place on the island (about 1000 bath per a modest dinner for two), but it’s worth it. Recommend it! They even serve Greek coffee, such a rate thing here!More

We had an excellent meal here - we both agreed that it was the best meal we had during our time in Koh Lanta! The food was homemade, fresh, well cooked, and really tasty and the service was very fast. Very authentic Greek food with...lovely decor in the restaurant - transports you to Greece!More

The food was amazing. Busy restaurant, so you may want to book a reservation. We didn’t have one and they got 6 of us in right away but there was a line by the time we were finished. The portions are very large. We shared...4 appetizers: pita, tzatziki, fried feta and calamari. They were all delicious and had enough that everyone could try. I had the keftedakia and it was soooo good, a must try! The chicken gyros were huge and delicious as well. Great service and a cute little restaurant if you need a change from Thai food. Highly recommended!More

I was quite happy when I figured out that there is a Greek restaurant closeby. We decided to go there for dinner the first night. We ordered Greek salad, grilled Halloumi and lamb gyros with Ouzo and Greek wine. The atmosphere was okay but it...didn’t really feel like a Greek tavern to begin with. When it comes to the food, the salad was very good, you can never go wrong with a piece of well grilled Halloumi and they were delicious. The lamb gyros (main dish) on the other hand was a huge disappointment. The meat was not grilled but it was like a huge piece of boiled lamb and did not really taste like gyros. As for the drinks, you can never go wrong with Ouzo but the wine was disappointing. I was hoping to go to that restaurant a second time to taste Mediterranean cuisine but I decided to try something new and local for the rest of my stay.More

Beautiful Greek food gave us a welcome break from rich Thai flavours. Run by a lovely Greek lady (sorry I didn’t get your name!). Everything we had was delicious- the dips, feta with honey, imam and in particular the lamb pita wrap. Definitely worth a...visit if you are missing Mediterranean food.More

We’ve order Souvlaki, Pita and Tzatziki for take away a few times, and it’s one of the best dishes we’ve had on Koh Lanta. Great taste and big portions. Will definitely order again and we’re looking forward to dine in also. Give this place a...visit!More

Quality food, good service and they were under staffed. Food felt really authentic and fresh. The lamb was really good and the tzatziki was really garlicky so if you like a lot of garlic you’ll like that

I only rated this restaurant 3 out of 5 purely on the way we were left to feel by the staff running it. The food itself was quite nice however the staff came across as being slightly disinterested and not very friendly, which after reading...previous reviews prior to eating here came as a bit of a surprise. Everywhere we ate on ko lanta we were impressed by how friendly the staff were , however this was missing from the Greek taverna , even more surprising as I can speak Greek and normally Greek restraunters are usually exceedingly welcoming & friendly . As I say the food was good and I wouldn’t want to put people off not eating there , just missing the hospitality on our visitMore

The other half and I just stopped here by chance while looking for somewhere for a drink. We ended up with halloumi giros and lamb giros. They were absolutely delicious. I could have easily eaten another in the evening. Excellent service from staff. The only...critique I have is that my other half's giros was brought out about five to ten minutes before mine which was a bit annoying. However....We will be back.More

Long Time ago we visited this restaurant in southern part of Lanta. Food quality has improved much and that is good think. Greek food is healthy and this restaurants can serve good dishes. I was happy for Ouzo they have too. One shot Ouzo between...Changs was good experience. Mese plate was very good specially the Tsatsiki was superb. Moussaka was average but sill tasty. This is a bit pricier restaurant like many foreign owned. Not grazy expensive but still to concern. Like in every restaurant it my advise to check and recalculate the invoice properly to avoid "Sorry my mistake" errors. Hand made bills are the risky ones. I have seen only one restaurant with cash register slip. I think Thailand is pretty much Cash Only country.More
