The owner was lovely and invited us in for an efficient and we'll priced meal. The menu was simple, we had a seafood platter with very fresh fish as well as the chefs surprise which was a tender cut of goat and very very good....More

After arriving in Hvar and checking in we walked out of the door, and two meters away walked into Menago. We had to wait to go in because the owner was trimming up a ham at the door and we did not want to walk...More
Slightly off the beaten track. Run by a family for generations. peaceful, very good local food, friendly. One of our better lunches in Croatia.
Just was walking past this place and thought it looked nice. Glad we did. A pretty, family run little place, the service was charming, the food authentic and delicious. We'd recommend in a heart beat.

A small, family-run restaurant that doesn't try to do anything too fancy, but does it very well. The price wasn't bad and the lady who served us was very friendly. If you get a chance, try the homemade cheesecake. It's fantastic.
The no pasta and pizza sign was the draw. Cut out the BS on the main strip and come here for something different, enjoyable and genuine. Service was great. I ate here on my birthday, and they sang happy birthday to me :)
Fantastic venue, no coke, chips or rice sign was a relief. Go to it, wait if you have to, cushions and pepole watch in the meantime. Not sure what to have? Let your waiter guide you, go with the flow and enjoy Croation cuisine, local...More
