Great location with a nice variety of seafood and sushi. Even though we made reservations well in advance, there was only one chef making the sushi rolls. This slowed down the delivery of the groups food. However, once we received the sushi rolls and entrees, there were no complaints. Highly recommended if you have four or less in your party.... More

Grouper Piccata & White Chocolate Bread Pudding were absolutely wonderful. Hubby tried the Seafood Salad as an appetizer off of the sushi menu & it was delicious! Only complaint I have is that the sushi orders are always backed up & the waiters always advise that it may came out after your entree😔.

I think no one knows that Chuck's Fish is open for Sunday brunch as we often see only a few tables of people. Now they tell me they are open Sunday night. Sunday brunch is fantastic! The food and service are great. The word needs to get around before they discontinue this great brunch!

I had high expectations for this place and the place delivered. I had heard great things about this place and since I grew up in Pensacola, the bar on fresh seafood had been set high. Had to go with the seafood sampler. It had a cut of grilled amberjack covered in sautéed vegetables for the center piece, a large crab... More

Everything was so good. Hubs got the gumbo and as picky as he is he said it was some of the best he has ever had. The sushi was the best I've had in Bham. The crab cakes literally melted in your mouth. Risotto was equally amazing. I can't wait to go back. My new favorite place.

The service was wonderful and so was the food presentation. We ordered a sushi roll, edamame, and the special of the day which was the wahoo. We let them know we were splitting the wahoo and they split it for us in the back. It came out in two plates and the portions were generous. Will definitely return.

I have been wanting to try chuck'a fish for a while. It did not disappoint. Very good. We had the fresh catch and it was delicious. The gumbo and bread pudding were also very good. Very nice atmosphere. Sat right down on a Saturday night. Service was good also. We will be back.

Tasty gumbo but a meager portion. My partner like the Red Dragon sushi, I have time to wait, go ahead cook my fish. The service was great, this place is not cheap. I'll try them again next time through Birmingham.

First time dining at Chuck's. Atmosphere was nice. Very busy but seated almost immediately. Server was pleasant but food was slow. We ordered sushi and it was really good. Rolls and nigiri were very fresh. Would definitely eat there again just not on a Saturday night.
