I wish tripadvisor would make it more obvious that this is a breakfast and lunch place and not just for coffee. I'm a repeat customer to this joint and I've never left unsatisfied. The portions are massive and the food is fresh and hot. The waitresses are always very friendly. I think Alpine is lucky to have such a consistently... More

Thank you for a great review! We have asked TripAdvisor several times to remove us from the "Coffee & Tea" category and include us in the Restaurant rating category...we will have to get back on them about that. Also, we offer anything on our menu to go...you can call ahead at 307-654-2665 and pick up your burrito at the drive... More

This is a good coffee shop to get a morning wake up. I was traveling through and stopped for breakfast and a chai. Had a great HOT breakfast sandwich and my tea was also great. The service was friendly and prompt. You can also sit-down for a real breakfast if you want. Easy to find right on the main road.

Food was good. Service was excellent. Definitely an establishment made up of pro gun owners. If you are Republican and a Fox News Watcher. This is the place for you. For me? Not so much.

The staff could not have been more friendly, the coffee was great and I had one of the best omelets I've ever had. If I ever visit the area again, this is where I will stop for breakfast or lunch.

This cute rustic log cabin has a sign reading" breakfast and lunch" but it actually offers a surprisingly broad menu and breakfast available til closing at 2. They have beer and wine as well as cocktails and lots of sandwiches, salads and breakfast items...all made to order and good! Also, gluten-free bread is available for everything. Thankfully, they care enough... More

Coffee cabin is consistent with delicious and enormous food! Coffee is fabulous! I always have a vanilla latte. Seating is quaint and clean, homey little cabin. Fireplace going in the winter. Best breakfast in star valley hands down! She also has cute sweatshirts and hats as well!

While heading from Jackson, WY, to Salt Lake City, my party of 14 made an early morning stop to get breakfast wherever we could find. We hit the jackpot here. Very friendly, great menu, and she served us in a timely manner to get us back on the road. Thanks for a great breakfast!

We stopped on the way home from Jackson, it was around lunchtime but was pleasantly surprised that breakfast was available. Service was good despite being crowded. The coffee and food were excellent. This will be a stopping place every time in the future.

Stopped for breakfast and stayed a while. The service was great and the bagels were yummy. Glad that we decided to stop!

Don't let the name fool you, we are much more than just a cabin where you can get your morning coffee! We have a full breakfast and lunch menu and we serve either, anytime of the day! Some of our local favorites include the Biscuits & Gravy, the Red Burrito or the French Toast to start your day off just right, followed by the Reuben for a local favorite lunch dish. All of our sandwiches come with chips or the side salad of the week, which is always homemade in small batches to preserve freshness and maintain quality. We do not have a fryer and therefore don't cook any French Fries or hamburgers, but we do have side soups and salads that unlike most places comes out with your meal instead of before it because we make it/heat it it up to order. In addition, we have a full espresso bar as well as a restaurant liquor license and we also serve Bloody Mary's and Mimosas among a few other items that are on the drink menu. We provide free wi-fi service to our paying customers and we now have outdoor seating on the deck (however with minimal server service). We ask that you come inside to place your order at the counter and we will try our best to bring your food out to you when it is ready. Although Coffee Cabin got it's name from the previous owner who was a fantastic cook/chef and baker, we are trying to hold ourselves to John's standards and make both our food and our service be a step above the rest. We are enjoying being into our fourth year with Coffee Cabin and we take great pride in serving both the visitors and locals of our beautiful town of Alpine, Wyoming.
