Beautiful old colonial type building in the centre of Santa Teresa. Service was slow and inattentive (it was not busy). They ran out of a lot of ingrediënts too. The organisation needs attention.

Our family of four enjoyed a delightful, casual dinner in a fun and friendly setting. Great pizza and terrific Caipirinhas!

This charming restaurant is nested in the upper floor of an ancient manor amidst trees and plants. Food (especially meat dishes) is absolutely delicious, cooked in original ways and nicely presented. Staff speaks good English too, which is appreciable!

This place was recommended by the owner of our B&B for their pizza. We were taken to a table quickly and drinks were brought over shortly afterwards. Each of the three courses took a while to reach the table but that didn't bother us in...More

Multi-level restaurant with a large tree growing thru - so beautiful. Great ambiance and really good food. Had some Brazilian dishes as well as wood fired oven pizza which was very good. Lots of beer choices and a fun experience.

We would have walked by this location if it weren't for a friend who had previously dined there. The first level is for lunch; up the long flight of stair is for evening dining among the trees. We all enjoyed our meal selections with no...More

Santa Teresa
Santa Teresa is a bohemian enclave hosting many local
artists’ studios. The narrow, winding streets of this
neighbourhood were revitalised years ago, and visitors
can now stroll through this area to view magnificent
mansions dating back to the late 19th and early 20th
century. A highlight not miss: Museu Chacará do Céu, a
former mansion turned museum which houses works by
prominent Brazilian modern artists.
