It's a small and old restaurant with libanese cuisine. Fast service and great food. It's not the usually kebab rostisseria, it's a place to visit for the food.

Lebanese appetiser's state of art. Long time tradition on producing and selling all types of Lebanese food, made this restaurant a traditional point of gathering in the Largo do machado area. I have been eating esfihas and kibes there for more than 30 years and the quality is still the same. It is really worth going there every time I... More

This place has been there for ages, and is very traditional. It's not a place to hang out, as it is soooo small and the cue during lunch time just grows. You may also stand and eat or have a snack while waiting for a seat. I try and make an appointment to take people there if time allows.

This place attracts a huge crowd for lunch. Reasonable prices, very good food in large portions, basic service. They only accept debt cards, but their PoS terminal will probably not recognize a foreign card, so it’s convenient having some cash on you (about US$10/person should be enough).

Awesome arabic food. It's quite a popular place, seems to be busy all day. Though we waited for no more than 15 minutes for a table. The esfiha were very good and the half portion of stuffed cabbage serves 2 people well. They also have nice and creative natural juices. A good local point to eat in Rio!

If you are close to this part of town (by the Largo do Machado metro stop), this is an interesting food experience that is both Brazilian and Lebanese (a mix of the two). First, it is not easy to find because it is inside a small mall but we found it. Second, the sitting area is tiny. And once you... More

We found this place by chance and had a delicious meal. We had the beef kebabs, the triangle bread with cheese, humus and bread. The desserts looked good too. The only negative was that the place was not very clean. Service was very good and staff friendly. I am definitely going there next time I am in Rio.

Went here once for lunch and a second time to get a snack. The kafta and rice with lentils and fried onions were great. The tabboule was so-so. The asfihas were also delicious (chicken more than beef). Of course you can't go wrong with any fresh juice. The acai was also a great boost to continue exploring the city. There's... More
