Might be small & not look much from the outside, but Paninoteca makes great sandwiches & has awesome soups. They also have a good variety of gluten free offerings. It's become my go-to place for a sandwich on the run....

Oh dear, this place has gone downhill. I was here once before and had a breakfast waffle, and another time had the grown-up grilled cheese. Both were good. This time I had a taco craving, so I ordered the taco lunch with pork. I agree with other reviewers--wish I would have read them first--that it was flavorless. NO TACO FLAVOR... More

We joined another couple who had been there before because they offer an extensive gluten free menu. We enjoyed it very much for all the things that matter most: great food, large selection, great waitstaff, and great owner interaction. Since many of the ingredients in the Dominican food items were not familiar, the waitress, did a very nice job of... More

Unfortunately, because the place was short a cook, everything took a long time to be brought to the table. My meal. which was their standard taco plate with corn (maize) tortillas and pork, was sadly without any real flavor. I am aware that only Mexican food features truly spicy offerings from that region, but this was deficient all around. The... More

Caribbean soul food - fried plantains is a dish we liked. There are sandwiches, and a very large menu to delight the taste buds. Cozy atmosphere. They are open morning to night.

2nd time there had an asparagus/turkey omelet which seemed more like a crepe - imagine they use egg beaters as it was paper thin. Absolutely no flavor. The asparagus, though small, was a bit tough. My friend had a Denver omelet and had the same opinion. Very bland. Service was good, they weren't real busy so didn't mind that my... More

Second time here, tried new things and was a little disappointed. Their breakfast omelet was just ok, not very fluffy or satisfying. Sister had something from their more ethnic food, was good flavor and decent portions. Service is good, fun to color on your table covering while you wait.

Awesome Latin American cuisine! The owner is also very personable which makes the experience that much better and 'homey'. Everything is made fresh from scratch which is an advantage! The gluten free noodles are actually made to order. The pigeon pea rice is very good and I also love the shrimp (or chicken) pasta a la criolla! There's so much... More
