Stopped here for a lunch during a road trip through Wisconsin. Absolutely delightful cafe! The food was delicious! The server was very friendly and the service was excellent.

On a quiet Sunday evening, we three friends had a delightful, "light" supper at the Abby Cafe. My taco salad was the best . . . the artwork on the walls provides something interesting and different in decor. I liked the "small-town" feel, and service was prompt and efficient.

There were only five other tables with customers when we entered. We waited at least 5 minutes before the server took our orders. Small coffee cups were rarely filled. Tiny water glasses-she finally brought a carafe. We waited almost 30 minutes for eggs. Mine was barely lukewarm. My husband said his sausage links tasted like they were cooked on a... More

We stopped here for a mid-afternoon meal as we were passing through town. Lovely service. Good food. Great homey atmosphere.

My buddy and I stopped here for some breakfast on our way home. It took almost 45 minutes to get our food. Also, there was only 2 others there so it was far from busy. When the food actually arrived, it wasn't good. I had biscuits and gravy. The biscuits were dry and the gravy had a funny taste. I... More

This is the second time we stopped at the café for lunch on our way north for camping. I will always give a place a second chance and this was it and the last. The first time was no different than the second. We waited 45 minutes for our meal. Had to ask for our drinks after getting our meal.... More

i had a chance to have breakfast with my friends one morning recently and decided to have the caramel roll with my coffee. what arrived was indescribable. what it was not was a caramel roll. caramel is simply brown sugar and butter melted together. the rolls i had seen were bagged up front. I assume they decided to save time... More

We stopped on the way to Nana's house and had lunch. The food was very good. 4 kids and the all liked the food. My only negative would be portion size for the cost. I would stop there again.

Best thing that ever happened to us was the 1+ hour wait at the place we were going to eat in Wausau WI. We were headed home to the Twin Cities from Green Bay. We headed for home and decided to eat along the way. We got off in Abbortsford and found Abby's Cafe. From the first moment we walked... More

Never had a bad meal there, their boasted chicken is awesome! The staff is friendly and inviting! The chicken club salad is my favorite!
