We love Breakwater Seafood. Their fish and chips are the best. We often order a seafood platter to share and a cup of chowder each. During the summer, you can sit on the desk along side the river. You can even purchase fresh seafood to take home in thir fish market.

This is definitely a laid back restaurant (cement floors, order at the counter, kitchsy decorations) but the food more than makes up for the decor. I had the crab melt the other day while my boss opted for his usual fish and chips. This sandwich had huge chunks of crab and just enough cheese to hold it together. I also... More

had dinner here, seafood was very fresh and wonderful. Great service. They also have fresh sea food for purchase to take home and cook yourself, should you choose to.

Breakwater Restaurant sits down a side road along a river; however, other than water, there i not much of a view. We arrived late, but still got served. You place an order at the counter, pay for it and it is delivered to your table on a try. The food was OK, my salmon was dry from being overcooked. The... More

Fun place to stop for lunch and sit out by the river on the restaurant deck. Delicious clam chowder and fish and chips. They let our dogs sit out on the deck with us. View of the main bridge and harbor. Definitely worth a stop. Nice people.

This is a fresh seafood market + restaurant. It's very casual. It sits on a river and has a small eating area inside, plus an outdoor deck eating area that faces the river. The food is not fancy but it is very good. They also offer beer and wine.

Just traveling through and looked up a decent place to eat. We were very pleased with the food and the prices here. It's nothing fancy but it was very clean and the service was very friendly. I had the grilled crab and cheese sandwich. It was quite good.

We had heard of this place but were slow to try. This was a mistake because it is one of the best places in Aberdeen for eats. The clam chowder is great (for me), but not so much for my wife because bacon is part of the sauce. The halibut and cod with fries are a tasty, and filling, choice.... More

Food is just ok for the price that is charged. Seating area indoors is way too small and too crowded. Atmosphere could be improved.
