The location is excellent therefore gets lots of business and I guess because of that they think their good. Very ordinary food, lackluster service and so loud you cant possibly talk with your guests. Nice they had a live band outside which helped get them...More
A couple of people recommend we come here when visiting the South Congress area. Very pretty with inside and outside seating. Food really is just average as are the drinks. It did not help that we had a very bored waiter (it was semi busy)...More

The last time I was there was a disaster. The food was pretty near tasteless and the noise and crowd was outrageous. Not a pleasant place to be. It is a renovation of an abcient feed store and the back room was where they stored...More
Thank you for your review. I wish our great service and food would have come through more on your last visit. We love the history of our location, it's so great when people were able to experience it in both capacities!

Stopped by for take-out on the last night in town. Ordered one thing, got something else instead. Half the order was what I wanted, but the whole meal was still delicious!
Hello! I am sorry to hear that we did not get your order 100% correct but am glad that it ended up being a happy accident! We hope to have you back to enjoy more of our delicious food soon!
We enjoyed drinks and food here. They had good good and the mole was incredible! Their ground beef includes carrots and potatoes which was unique but grew on me as I enjoyed my enchiladas. Salsa was fairly spicy but not over the top hot.
We had eaten here twice before in 1998 and 2004. We were staying in Austin and hoped it was still in business. We were not disappointed and happy to see that the food was just as delicious and the ambience the same. Queso is top...More
Everything I wanted in a Mexican restaurant. Good quick service. Extensive menu. Real Mexican food, not reinvented Mexican food.
