A friend took me here for lunch one day last week. Lovely menu and beautifully presented counter full of salads and treats to tempt you. I had the burger, which was delicious. I am embarrassed at how quickly I ate it to tell the truth. Not a lot of parking in the lot and can be a little noisy, but... More

I was excited about trying our this restaurant as I LOVE Jeffrey's next door, a partner restaurant. While I really liked my crab cake, my husband his tasty burger, and the meager wine pours, I thought what we spent was way out of line with what we got. But, the real downside here for me was that it was cold... More

We were looking for a special place to take our adult children to breakfast while in Austin. My wife heard about Josephine House from a write up in Remodelista. We decided to give it a go. Everything about the experience was perfect. The French press coffee was quality, the food was thoughtfully prepared and the pastries were to die for.... More

We went as a group of 7 friends for brunch and were very happy with the food. The restaurant is a fun and cute setting. Our only negative was the lack of warmth from Our waitstaff and positive feedback. We would go back.

We had Sunday brunch here but I imagine any meal would be great. Unique menu items in an old house in central Austin. The brunch menu had typical brunch selections but all were prepared and served with a special flare. Well worth a try

Perfect Sunday brunch on a Monday morning! Here in Austin just for a week to try different restaurants and we ended up coming here twice. It's feels like nice French cafe, very nicely decorated with delicious food and friendly service. Definitely a must if you are in Austin!

Super excited to try but the food was kind of disappointing. We tried huevos rancheros $16, summer scafata $22 and breakfast burger &20 but they were average. Lemon ricotta pancakes $18 were amazing however. Very very expensive. The house is so charming but not sure I'd go back.

Josephine House is darling! The house looks very much like a Joanna Gaines design (Fixer Upper fans get this) and is very small. This is a vibrant, happy and well designed restaurant. You can sit inside or out although it is hot inside and they admitted they have an AC issue. We had a delightful brunch and enjoyed the menu.... More

Quaint house, wonderful service, intimate dining...fantastic food! Our table of six adults enjoyed many different items including steak, fish, desserts! Everything was perfectly prepared. Another Jeffery Group success! Dining options are both inside and outside - we avoided the summer heat and opted to enjoy everything inside!

Had a delicious heirloom tomato and bacon open-faced sandwich with greens on the side. Restaurant is pretty noisy when full. Parking was difficult to find.
